I'm wondering when we are going to get a squeeze stat and a positional raising stats.

Kraada's assumption about opting out of TableTracker was correct - if you opt out then you won't appear in TT stats.

There's no ETA for adding specific new stats, but you could add these yourself as Custom Stats. Documentation.
Custom Statistics and Reports FAQ.

Ah, it may have been that other program, Smart Buddy I think. Definitely another program had to have the same opt-out thing at their site to be legit with Stars.

In the stat options, when I set the translucency to clear, the whole stat box becomes invisible and you can't see anything. If I change the background color for stats, it only changes the color for parts of the stat box without text. The background for the text stays black. Is this a bug?

Doing some combination of setting filters for todays stats + refreshing will cause the hud to disappear (doesn't happen everytime). If I clear filters, the hud usually returns.

Translucency applies to the whole stat group, not just the background. We're hoping to be able to add transparent backgrounds soon.
Not sure about the text background - I'll test that later..

Hey,

I tried to look through this thread to solve my problem, so forgive me if I missed an answer that had already been posted.

Hands are not importing correctly for me. The import status box looks like this:

2008/08/03 18:34:31: PokerStars: Hand Imported (#19339904115)
2008/08/03 18:34:53: Access violation(Line #69)
2008/08/03 18:34:53: PokerStars: Hand Imported (#19339913417)
2008/08/03 18:35:18: Access violation(Line #105)
2008/08/03 18:35:19: PokerStars: Hand Imported (#19339921642)
2008/08/03 18:35:57: Access violation(Line #150)
2008/08/03 18:35:57: PokerStars: Hand Imported (#19339930963)
2008/08/03 18:36:31: Access violation(Line #199)

There is an access violation for every hand the system tries to import. What is this and how do I fix it?

when will we be able to import/backup whole databases from PT3 to move to another computer?

right now, i wish i could export all my mined hands but i had the "save hhs to folder" or something unchecked, so they are not there...are they anywhere else?

Are you using Beta 15?
The import log there does say that hands imported - when you look in the main reports and click 'Refresh' do you see them?

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem and submit your PokerTracker.log file to the
Support system.

I can't give you an ETA for it to be added to PT3, but you can already back up a whole database using PGAdmin or a DOS prompt. See the Database / Postgres FAQ for a link.

If you had that option turned off then they are not in PT3.
They may be in the 'move processed files to' folder, though, if you had that option still enabled. Have a look in the specified folder.

What about that? I know that there were unexpected problems but whats the plan now?

Will Pokertracker 3 have EV graphing? If so, when is the expected release date with that feature?

Our plan right now is to finish fixing the HUD completely, and then begin adding new features. See the development timeline for our short term goals and our progress on them.

ETA: Yes, we will have EV graphing.

I just checked and it's working fine for me. Perhaps you should try again? There was significant downtime after their update that might've caused problems. Also check to make sure you have the right limits selected . . .

Thanks, we appreciate it. We will get this fixed (hopefully in the next beta . . .).

I have the same problem with those access violations on PokerStars.

Also I'd really like dozens additional sites supported. Rather than focussing on fancy features, it would be great if PT3 were usable at all.

the developers have stated numerous times that this will eventually happen but it is not a priority. It's likely in the distant future.
