I had a problem when I downloaded the newer beta versions.

When I first downloaded beta 9, I created some sort of database (don’t remember it exactly what it was called… had to create a password and everything.).

When beta 10 came out, I downloaded it.. and couldn’t get it to work. When I imported the hand history, there was error after error after error…. I uninstalled beta 10.

Beta 11…. Same thing. I tried to change the directory where it reads the hand history.. but can’t figure it out. It said something to the effect of a database being outdated. (I can’t remember exactly.. I am not on my home computer). I want to get this working again! I am not that concerned with the old hand history, as I only used it for a week or so, and it won’t take that long to get the same amount of history again.

Any ideas of what I am doing wrong?

Is it possible to change the HUD so that when it displays MY STATS it shows me as my username on that site, instead of the username in Pokertracker where I have a bunch of aliases?

For example, when I use the HUD on Stars, it shows my name as my Full tilt name instead of my Stars name. And it makes me think it's broken.

Midway thru my re-import due to it saying my databse was old....it had imported like 2500 of 9500 files and then it was non stop red error's saying this

Just remove the "New line" stats from the list between the stats you want on the same lines.

Can you try disabling those scripts and see if the problem occurs when you're only running PT3?

Currently, the only way of converting your PT2 databases into PT3 is through hand imports. PT3 grabs the hand histories out of your PT2 databases and imports them. We do not have the conversion that will take the data without the hand histories, so I can't say for sure what data will be there and what data won't.

Please reproduce each of these problems (separately please) and create a new support ticket on our site for each with the PokerTracker.log. Be sure to include a description of the problem.

It would probably be easier if you created a new group rather than trying to edit the group that's currently there. What you want to do is create a grid group, then you need to add each row (Flop Stat A, Turn Stat A, River Stat A, New Line, Flop Stat B, Turn Stat B, River Stat B, New Line, etc.).

Your hard drive is too full. You need to delete some files from it.

The database schema changed between betas 9 and 10 so you need to create a new database. Go to the menu Database -> Database Management and click "New". After you create it, set it to Active and Default. Make sure you configure imports to the new DB, as well as the HUD.

Will the pay via moneybookers.com option be available on release date? How about transfer via Full Tilt?

I just checked again. Moneybookers.com still says 'Coming Very Soon!', and I don't see transfer via Full Tilt on the site, just Poker Stars.

Full Tilt transfers will not be supported, FTP won't let them.

Jus downloaded beta 11 and it wants me to re-import all my hands cuz DB is old.
I have like 10 million hands...should I just wait for the 15th and the finalized version?

i.e. will I have to do this all over again when its officially released on the 15th?

Lateski was nice enough to modify the PT3 Replayer images, and the PT3 muck cards and send me the files. I then packaged them into a Self-Extracting Archive Installer.

Download, run, and follow the prompts - and it will extract the images to the PT3 folder on your C drive (giving you the option to redirect if you run PT3 from another drive). If you only want a portion of the graphics mod, such as the HUD cards, but didnt want to skin the replayer, you can extract the contents of my installer using WinRAR, and then manually copy/paste only the specific images you want to change.

I recommend you first make a copy of: C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\Data\Images in case you want to revert back to default pt3 images.
