To stop it doing the housekeeping functions after a manual import, uncheck the housekeeping options on the manual import tab.

What site(s) are you playing at?
How many tables do you have open?
Do you do anything else before the HUD locks up? e.g. use any other applications, pausing videos in Firefox seems to cause problems for instance..

If this is something you can recreate or which happens often, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the
Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.

See the HUD Options tab and enable 'show stats from current tournament level', and the Player Ranges allow you to narrow it down by number of players at the table.

pls add a "remove hhs after import" in the manual import tab and into which DB we want to import it. really a pai in teh ass imo

These have both been asked for and I think they're planned, though not high priority at the moment.

If the moving hand histories after manual import is an issue , open up a notepad file on the desktop, and add to it:
Rename it move.bat (and change the path names to refer to the hand history directory you're importing from and where you want the files moved to) and then when you finish running the manual import, just double click it and it'll move all of the files specified.

maybe this has been answered but is there a way to add my rakeback into my winrate or graphs? I bought the full program.

You can't add it to the graphs yet, but that is planned, as the graphs will be getting a large increase in functionality at some point (I believe the plan is to make the X and Y axes entirely configurable).

With respect to adding your rakeback into your winrate, what you'd want to do is create a new custom statistic that sums both of those values and then add it to whatever report you'd like.

So, to do this, click Configure --> Statistics, and, assuming you play cash games, go to Holdem Cash Sessions, then go to the Statistics tab.

You can see if you clickon Amount Won the value expression is amt_won. I'm not sure what your rakeback stat's value expression is, but you should be able to click on it and see it for yourself.

Then just create a new stat, give it any name you'd like, have the value expression be amt_won + amt_rakeback (or whatever you call it) and that'll be your total winnings including rakeback. Make sure you fill in a title and width on the Format tab (look at the Amount Won stat for an example) otherwise you won't be able to see it on any reports. Save your new stat, click apply.

Then go to the Player Summary report on your General tab, click the little wrench at the top right and add your new stat to the report and you'll see it there.

If you want it hourly or such, look at the $/hour real limit stat for a guide.

I don't wanna be an a**hole, but the developing of this software is too slow. Many bugs are fixed now, at least the major ones, and In PT3 forum, if I recall correctly, someone said once the bugs are fixed the improving of PT3 will be faster.
The upcoming features in the development timeline still the same essentially, after many weeks...

Our lead developer has been under the weather this past week which unfortunately slowed things down.

Beta 20 should be coming out soon, fixing the registration bug, slow purging bug, and several others, and I believe our plans for Beta 21 include that upgrade to tournament results inputting, as well as a few other goodies for tournament players and possibly Boss Media support, depending on how things go.

(Note: I'm not on our development team, and these things are always subject to change. But that's the last I've heard from the development team so I'd consider it to be pretty reliable.)

Will there be an extension of the trial period with any betas in the future? or is that out of the picture..

I don't believe the trial period will continue to be extended at this point, though that may change. Since the release of Build 3 the program has been stable for almost everyone and so the major reason for extending the trial (because the software was unusable for some people) no longer exists.

I would like to trial period to at least continue until the tournament side of things is on par with the cash side.

This is a bug fix release. The registration problems introduced in beta 19 should be resolved. However, Vista users must run PT3 as admin. Failure to do so WILL result in problems.

The plan for the next beta release is to have improved tournament support. It will be easier to enter results than currently. There will be more reports and likely more stats added to the tournament section.

The beta release following that, if a bug fixing beta isn't necessary, will add new site support. Thanks to those of you who have submitted hands to us, but we still need more. We need hands from the following sites:

Emergency Fix - Registration Problems

If you have registration problems with beta 20 and have downloaded before 8:30 AM EST, Wednesday November 5th, please download beta 20 again. There was one final bug remaining that was causing some registration problems when not connected to the internet. This should be resolved if you download beta 20 again and reinstall it.

It seems PT3 is working for most people and only a loud few are still having problems. The effort seems to be toward fixing bugs for those few and adding poker rooms few play on. I wish more effort went toward more features for the silent majority who are have no problems with PT3. I feel like I'm (and others like me) are having to wait to appease relatively few people.

Honestly, and if this makes me an a**hole, then so be it...but f**k those who are having problems. I want the promised features now!! lol

Next on the list of features is going to be an improved tournament results interface then new site support. After that I don't think EV graphing is too far behind.

I was trying to add some stats to my HUD but I just dont know where to get them. I want to add in a stat like 3bet from the blinds but I just cant seem to find it when configuring my HUD. Is this even one of the options present? Can it be done?

Is there a way to show BB/100 by day of the week and during different hours of the day like in pt2?

The stats you want are Raise BB Steal Att and Raise SB Steal Att and they should be available in the Hud Configuration window to add by default.

It shouldn't be anywhere near that slow. Have you run a housekeeping on your database recently? Updating the cache might help improve this significantly.

Not built in. You might be able to do this as a custom report, but I haven't played with the date functions in PT3 all that much so I'm not 100% sure if this is possible as of yet, though I think it should be.
