can someone further explain the different performance settings for the HUD and what the different levels do?

at the table tracker purchase page, what about PL? does that count as NL too? comments on free subscription? Come on kradaa, you said you want to see what you can do

Looking at it another way, PT3 counts the showdown as a sixth street.

I'm having a problem after I downloaded build 3. I can get through the install fine but when I go to open the program I get the PT3 logo and nothing else happens. I've tried to reinstall and uninstall and then reinstall again. Also did a system restore and tried to download it again but the same problem is happening. I've just been using PT2 waiting until a new build came out but none of the other betas I've downloaded have given me a problem. I submitted a support ticket but figured I'd also write this here in case anyone has a quick suggestion.

I'm sure most people are either using the default auto rates rules or McNish's. I am using McNish's. I want to edit the auto rate icon images. I want each icon to have a black background and 2 letters. XL, CS, SM, UA, WT, TA, SA, LA, TP, SP, LP, TN, SN, and LN for extra loose, calling station etc. With say XL, CS, SM, SP, LP and LN in green text and the rest in red text. This is so much more specific and easier than trying to remember what an eagle or a yellow triangle represents. I can do most things in MS Paint but for the life of me I can't get inserting text to consistently work. I right click on the icon and choose edit to bring up MS Paint and then click on the “A” in the tool bar. Sometime I can enter text sometimes I can't. Sometimes I get the text tool bar sometimes I don't. WTF. If I knew the procedures to get this to consistently work, I could right click on an auto rate icon image, clear it's image, type in the 2 letters and then make the background black in less than a minute. I tried looking up Ms Paint tutorial but it wasn't much help. If anyone wants to explain to me how to type text or wants to make these alternative icons for everyone to enjoy the poker gods will return the goodwill by turning off your doom switch.

And on another note if you guys keep whining, we are going to have to have a MPSD for made PROFIT at shown down.

This is still a subscribed thread, so I read every post. I like to know whats going on with poker applications.

You need something better than MSPaint. Try GetPaint.net or GIMP. If you want to post all the images (or RAR them) I could take a look at them. No guarantees though. I havent seen the PT3 images for the HUD in a long time, if at all.

really, really strange issue.

get the new version, everything's fine, no real issues with beta 18 so whatever.

the new day hits at 12:00 and it's not really importing anything. turns out it is but the filtering is screwed up again

xp using SQL this issue stopped a longggg time ago and now it's back i guess

Fozzzzzzzzy you da man, I used GIMP to edit the auto rate icon images and it did the trick.

So I observed a few hands at a low stakes table to get a wide range of auto rates. That's my work in progress mod of the no images theme. Since you have to use the yellow text I made the name box borders yellow. I just need to make the yellow boxes a deeper yellow to match table text better.

PL does count as NL. We will be updating the page to reflect this.

On the Hud, if you hover over the icon it will display the icon's description in a tooltip. If you replace the icons, be sure to back up your changes, as every install of PT3 will overwrite them.

If you imported with beta 18, you should be fine.

What filters do you have set?

Can anybody import OnGame Hand Grabber text files? I am getting unrecognized file format for every single file using build 3 and a recent beta. It seems like the format has been changed or something and PT3 hasnt been updated?

Having said that I had a ticket at the PT3 site a while ago where Josh said the files I submitted were rejected because there was a slight problem with bet sizes in the file. I assumed they got messed up from the export from HEM. However these new files are direct from OGHG so its an on going problem.

Obviously if you confirm its file format error I will get on to idleminer too to have them correct it but it still means I have hundreds of useless HH files. I would rather have them import with the bet size errors than have no mined hands for the last two months. The errors will not affect hud stats. I have 35 days left of my PT3 trial and have not been able to use it yet. If I cant get these hands in I will not be able to test PT3 without a new trial.

Thanks for any help. Posted here because I thought that would be seen more quickly than a new ticket. Hope thats OK.

Wow, thats a really impressive HUD man. You must've put a lot of time into customizing it.
