I have my PT3 set to display my stats at that particular table while I'm playing, but my stats only display about 1/3rd of the time (while all the other players stats are on the table, mine are not).

How can I fix this?

are you actually going to answer to my 3 log files emails or are you just using your time for useful stuff (ie fixing the bug?)

Please download Beta 13 (without PostgreSQL) from the download page and install it. It should fix this error.

If you PM me the ticket numbers, I will check on the status of those tickets. It is likely that they are currently in Josh's inbox awaiting review. Once he has gotten to them he will get back to you, but as I said if you PM me the numbers I'll make sure that's where the ticket is.

Beta releases are put out to test fixes, so if any of those issues affect you, yes you could try the beta version. At the moment, beta 13 fixes a lot of the HUD issues for a lot of people, so if you have problems please try it.

First, please check you have no filters set, click "Clear".
Filters don't affect all reports.

As for running PT3 and HEM, I don't see why it would cause problems as long as you don't have them both moving processed files but I haven't done it myself.

There's no actually solution, but you can follow the steps so we can try and work it out..

Suppose I want to search for a hand by its number. I play on Ongame where they have hand numbers in P4-xxx-yyy format. In PT2 we have Game # column on Game Notes tab. The game numbers are in the same format as in Ongame hand histories. I can also use Find A Hand dialog where I can enter Game # and search for a hand.

In PT3 I can browse session hands on Sessions tab in Sessions Hands table, but the hand number format is different. How can I search for a hand by hand id in PT3?

You can't do this directly yet, but you could create a very simple Custom Report and add just Hand# (& maybe date, if you want), then sort by the Hand#. Or even add a filter to filter to the specific hand number, or filter to the correct date to reduce the number of hands returned.

Isn't it the same thing? It is for other sites, but then I guess maybe it has to be converted to a number to be stored in PT3.

HUD still laggs me, in beta12 were with 8-9 tables, now are 13-14 when lagg starts annoying

The HUD in PT3 is painfully laggy in the latest beta update, and I personally can't use it. It has locked the computer in some instances. I 16-24 table BTW and am normally using PT2 + PokeraceHUD.

There should be another beta version out this coming week with further HUD improvements so I suggest you try that before submitting any more log files.

Is there a fix coming for the party import bug where it stops importing and auto-import needs to be restarted?

Would be nice if in the import status window there would be something like "starting to move processed files..." and "moving processed files finished" because moving can sometimes take a long time and the application is unresponsive and there's no visible sign when it's finished.

My postgres didnt run on start up so that was he problem. I had started it manually and that solved it.
