dbpass if you installed postgresql with PT3.

You can turn off password if you can't remember it: http://www.pokertracker.com/forums/v...hp?f=45&t=4510

Hey my version (3.00 build 2) was running fine until about 2 days ago. The error is as follows "Unable to login to database (PT3 DB). Reason: Connection refused (xxxxxxxxxx/xxxxx)". Obv the "x" in the parenthesis are numbers but I dont know if thats private information or not. Any help is appreciated thanks!

Did you refresh after the import? Any filters set? After the first import it's maybe a good idea to close PT3 and reopen it?

Will there ever be a way to combine tournaments and cash games into one graph? That would be sick.

Also, how come all my HU SnGs are listed as lasting 60 or 61 minutes (in the Tournaments Tournaments tab)?

Oops, looks like this is fixed in Beta 12.

EDIT: Just downloaded the newest Beta and installed it. Apparantly it HASN'T been completely fixed. Most of the tournament durations are displayed correctly, but there are still a few that are showing up as 61 minutes even though the longest one didn't last more than 20.

So long as you don't mind clicking 'next' after each hand, yes PT3 will do this. Go to the Tournaments sub-tab, click on the tournament you want to replay up top, and click on 'date' to make sure you're sorting from oldest hand to newest hand. Then click the little play icon at the bottom right of the report and the forward and back buttons near the game number at the top left will take you to the next and previous hand, respectively.

Click the 'refresh' button; the Texas Holdem tab doesn't a utomatically refresh on its own.

Try restarting the PostgreSQL server and see if that helps: Start --> Programs --> PostgreSQL --> Stop Services, then Start --> Programs --> PostgreSQL --> Start Services.

You don't need to close and reopen PT3 after the first import, hitting the refresh button should be sufficient. If it's not working do let me know so we can look into what it causing that behavior.

The graphing interface will be getting a lot more power and an improved interface at some point; unfortunately there is no ETA. I'm not sure if this feature will be available but I'd like it too

Could you please create a support ticket containing a tournament or two that are still importing incorrectly? I thought we had caught this one completely as well.

yesterday I asked my friend if he could export me his PT3 database so i could analyze it with him. I told him to goto db options and then click export. he told me it didn't work. I asked him to check which version he had and he had a build from may 16th. I told him to upgrade and told him that it would be smart to export purge and reimport to get the correct stats in there. He updated and said he still has the same problem

When he clicks export the window comes up to select a folder. he selects a folder and when he presses ok almost immediately a window pops up saying Completed 0 hands exported. Any idea on how to fix this?

Is there a way in HEM for tournament summaries to be ROI/Buy In/Cash totals instead of chips won and lost?

Need to add to this. I believe this should be fixed, but you'll probably need to reimport your tournaments for it to show up correctly.

In PT2 there was a little box that when you clicked it you got a nice popup window with a summary of all your stats available. Ive been trying to locate such a thing in PT3, couldnt find it. I guess the only way is to create a report and just add all the stats available?

If so, I think a the PT2 function should be added to PT3, because its easy like that to create a screenshot and send all your stats to a friend or whatever.

You are asking about HM in the PT3 thread. Roy is adding improved tourney functionality to HM after he releases his current beta build.

wow haha, sorry too early I guess, damn subscribed threads.

FWIW - I did the same thing the other night, in this thread also. I posted a pic/reply here, that was meant for a different thread.

WOW WTF

So I used to do this in PT2. Filter to hands played at least 5,000 and see who the biggest winners were by manually looking through whoever was left. It wasn't the most efficient system but it worked.

Now it looks like I can't even filter by VPIP OR hands played??

Is he clicking on the database he wants to export? If you don't click on a database you want to export PT3 doesn't know which one to export

Sorry I missed your original post. The 'most recent X hands' filter is not yet available but it will be coming. While it's not quite the same you can filter by date and if you do the last week or two it should get you a number of fairly recent hands to go off of.

You can create a custom report that will do what you want.

You should also take a look at the custom reports guide, as this will do exactly what you are looking for.

Yes he is clicking the database, and also there is only 1 database because it is the trial version.

updates on next build?
- when can we join tables directly with the tabletracker? are all sites going to be supported in the end version?

We hope to see it out soon, unfortunately I don't have a better estimate than that. If I knew more I'd tell you.

We have reached an agreement with PokerStars, so TableTracker will work with them. The TableTracker developers are separate from the main PokerTracker 3 developers and as soon as PS support is ready it will be added to PT3. We do intend to have the ability to click to open tables build in as well, though I can't give a firm ETA on it at this time.

I've been sending in a bunch of hand histories. How close is MicroGaming support?

We appreciate the hand histories as it will make the eventual process easier. Right now the highest priority is stability and fixing known issues. We think we have a handle on most of them. Once they're set, we're going to start adding in site support roughly in the order of biggest site not supported to smallest site not supported. You can find that ordering in this forum post (data taken from PokerSiteScout).

are you gonna add positional stats as HEM?
