thx

You're correct, he's working very hard on these issues and he's making some really good progress

What site are you playing at? Some sites doesn't write observed hand histories to your hard drive, in which case PT3 can't import them.

However, Full Tilt for instance, does write observed hand histories to hard drive. To import observed histories on Full Tilt, you only need to set your FTP hand history folder in PT3 to "{your FTP path}\HandHistory" (not to the sub-folder for your username), and when that's done, just start auto-import, open up some tables and PT3 will import the hands.

I can change the title all I want... I presume you mean you want to see a change reflecting a new update, not just a new title, yes

Has anyone mentioned that the HUD stat for CCPF (cold call preflop) seems to be a count rather than a %.

Yes, this is known. It is not highest on our list of priorities at the moment, but we are aware of it. You can make a custom statistics that is a % by using holdem_hand_player_detail.flg_p_face_raise with some qualifiers (make sure they didn't raise themselves and they weren't in a blind). See the Custom Statistics Guide and database schema.

(And it's good practice to do a simple statistic like this if you are ever thinking about trying to make anything more complex

Are you getting any error messages, or are the hands just not getting moved?

Have you tried shutting PT3 down, rebooting, then opening it back up? You'd be surprised how many times that works

Looks like Beta 13 is available: http://www.pokertracker.com/forums/v...hp?f=15&t=7616
06-12-2008 , 03:17 PM
Beta 13 Released

Changed:
  • CCPF is now a % of times facing raise
Fixed:
  • Import: Everest tournament fixes
  • Import: More Party import errors
  • Import: Auto Adjust now only happens when the option is selected
  • Hud: Hero stats needing session stats to be retrieved
  • Hud: Various performance improvements
  • Hud: Treat As option back in menu on table
  • Hud: Blue Screen/Reboot and some lag issues
  • Hud: PokerStars 8 seated tables are now recognized
  • Hud: Treat As now works properly again
  • Filters: Problem with <Street> 3/4 Bet Opp and Called filter including limp/folds.
  • Tournaments: Auto Fill bug with Full Tilt tournaments
  • Stat/Filter: Call PFR no longer counting raises
  • Tournament exports use the actual player name and not the aliases anymore

This version fixes a lot more of the Hud issues people were having. It should work without crashing for nearly everyone now. There are still a few more bugs I need to fix, but for the most part, it should run pretty well. If you have a bug with the Hud, please do the following:
  • 1. Rename your C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\Data\Layouts.pt3 file to Layouts.backup
  • 2. Start PT3 and see if you have the same problem.
  • 3. If you DO NOT have the same problem, then attach your Layouts.backup file to a support ticket and give a description of the error it causes.
  • 4. If you DO have the same problem, then enable logging, reproduce the problem, then attach the PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHud.log files to a support ticket along with a description of the error.

I apologize for the length of time these fixes are taking. The Hud issues were deeply rooted and needed significant work to fix, and those fixes in turn had problems that needed fixed. We're getting close to having the Hud stable and bug free. We appreciate your patience during this time and all your effort in helping us find and resolve these problems.

We hoped to have PokerStars support added to TableTracker for this release. It's all ready to go, but we overlooked one vital aspect that PokerStars requires before we can allow users to use it. The next release should have support. Sorry for the delay on that.

PLEASE NOTE: This version does not fix (or attempt to fix) all of the known bugs. If you submitted a support ticket and have not received a message saying your issue should be resolved in the next release, then your bug probably hasn't been fixed yet. If you want, please try this version and if it doesn't fix your problem, just add another message to your ticket saying Beta 13 doesn't fix your problem. That will save some time in instances where I would ask you to try.

THIS THREAD: Feel free to post questions/problems in this thread, but you'll likely get better responses if you create a new thread in our sponsored forum.

06-12-2008 , 03:50 PM
is the "problem" with the missing expression in the "cnt_bb_steal_raise" column fixed in this rls or will it be fixed in the next ?

Right now it works x times better than the last beta. thx
Just one more Hud problem: new tables aren't recognized (therefore no stats). I have to shut down autoimport and then restart it again

These issues are taking longer than we hoped to resolve, but we are working diligently and improvements are being made.
I love PT2 and fully plan on buying PT3. I just don't know why people would pay money for a product that clearly needs a lot of work. I certainly don't envy you. I am sure you are working 16 hours and day and everytime you come to 2+2 there is another big list of complaints

Because you can still use PT2, you get full PT3 support until PT4 comes out, and the price is probably never going to drop. Doesn't really matter whether you buy it now or later (if you plan on buying it at all).

Actually I'm pretty surpirsed it doesn't lag while 6 tabling. Good job until now
