Did you play over midnight? Session stats will not be split by filters, but the other stats will.
Have you set the "my day starts at" option on the Settings dialog?
Hand history times should be imported as local time by PT3.

Sorry, I didnt expressed right.

I have a database with my hands (HERO) and datamining hands.

I would like to export only HERO hands. Is that possible?

Do you have any firewall or security software that might be interfering with PT3?
CA Security DOES NOT play well with PT3, however it has no problems with PT2. It also takes issue with a couple other pieces of software that I have. If you are using CA Security, I would almost be willing to bet that is the problem, if not it could be some other security software problem. I have tried a couple and had minor issues but CA Security was a pain in the arse. I'm using Trend Systems right now, but waiting for build 3 to use PT3 to make a final determination whether there will be any conflicts or not.

Not yet. Selective export will be added though and is high on the list.

PLEASE READ

I know this has been a long time coming, and I apologize for the delay. A lot of unexpected problems popped up in the Hud changes and it took a long time to get those problems resolved. For the most part, the Hud should function pretty good for almost everyone now. There are still a few issues with delays in large databases, the occasional lag, but crashes should now be rare, and lag for most of you should be eliminated.

This release is labeled a BETA release. I'm sure there are still a few issues that the alpha testers haven't encountered. I would like to have it stable before I release the actual stable release. So if build 2 is working pretty well for you, and you don't need any of the changes in this version, I would recommend holding off until build 3 is out. It might save you a few headaches.

All the import problems will require either a purge or a new database and a re-import. I know this is inconvenient, and I apologize. I hope in the future to have an automated way of re-importing hands that need it.

A few highly requested features have been added:

1. Replayer keyboard shortcuts. Now the left and right arrows will go back and forth in the actions in the hand, and home/end will go to the start/end respectively. Also, holding the CTRL key while pressing the keys will perform the action on the hand list (previous/next hand, first/last hand).

2. TableTracker now uses the same database configuration you have the Hud configured to use.

There were a lot of bugs found in build 2, and I believe I've fixed most of them. I haven't been able to get through all the support tickets yet, but plan to get through more of them this week. There might be another beta or two before the next stable release, so there's still time for me to get the fixes in.

I know this has been a frustrating time for some of you. It has been frustrating for us too. I hope this release resolves the problems you were having and you can actually use PT3 and see the power it offers.

Installed Beta 12, impressions so far:
Only 6 errors from 60k hands on Party, had couple of hundred errors in Build 2.
Import speed seems about 20% slower. (hardly getting 80h/s, was getting 100+ before easily)

The tables that start shorthanded are marked as 6max sessions despite being fullring and more players joined later. (Using Manual Import) (and Adjust Limits option is not checked in Auto-Import section if it matters)

Havent tried playing yet, will update later how Hud works on Party.

PA, If we created our DB with Build 1, will it be necessary to reimport in Beta 12? I only play on FT and PS.

is this going to be the last time we need to reimport our dbs ??

It doesn't take take that long to reimport and as long as it improves the software i think it's nice. I really don't mind reimporting

no ongame hud . Will this coming soon?
06-02-2008 , 06:39 AM
the hud is still very laggy, it uses up to 100% of my cpu 8 tabling, it was verry annoying, but i could still play. if i go to 12 to 14 tables the laq increses even more and its unplayable. with pt2 and pahud i can play 24 tables without lag. when can i expect to use PT 3 lagfree on 24 tables?
also the symbol of the hud is over the pot size after some tables are open.
the only programs i used during my test are starsplanner and bet pot.

Since I'm using the trial version of PT3, I was going to just create a new DB to re-import everything for the new beta. However, since I couldn't doing this and purging takes forever, I quit PT3 and dropped the database in PGAdmin expecting that PT3 would detect this and re-create a database upon restarting it. Unfortunately, it did not, and since the trial version has all database manipulation disabled I don't know how to create a new database for PT3.

EDIT: Nevermind, I went into PokerTracker.cfg and deleted the database info, that made PT3 recreate the database on startup

hmmm I just DL'd the new version and then played a session on Ipoker. It said the hands were importing, and the HUD was up, but I cant find the hands anywhere on Pt3. ive turned all filters off and the session still isnt there. I finished a few buyins up and definatly non of the hands are there

did i do somthing wrong regarding the database? did i need a new one or somthing?
06-02-2008 , 07:46 AM
also is where will these hands be so I can re-import? there are non in the Ipoker skin/history location. so they should have been processed right?
06-02-2008 , 07:58 AM
ahh ok sorry ignore that, ive found the hands. ive just realised it now classes them as 6max

Depends they go on and off, this thing crashes a lot though. I'm really this close to getting HM.

EDIT:

Oh yeah can we get EV graphs? Probably been asked but I'm asking it again.

Can somebody please help me?
PostgreSQL 8.3 didnt work with my Vista so I downloaded v. 8.2. It was installed succesfully(or at least thats what it said) but now PT3 gives me this "Unable to connect database. Please check the configuration"
Then, when I go to postgresql8.2 configuration files it seems that they are empty notebad files. Thats the problem? Do I need some other program for these .conf files or what?

Is there a fix to the super slow and glitchy responce when you run the HUD with PArty Poker?

Many thanks!

Yeah, I will probably buy HM also. This thing crashes a lot and I have to change database like every week for HUD to work decently.
06-02-2008 , 10:23 AM
Seriously thinking about buying HM too.
