I made a group in PAH. How can I make it appear on the left of my opponent, not in the same place with default one. If I made many groups it is quite difficult to sort them.
Of course, I can drag and drop it, but it will be better to set some default position or save position after the session.

Then - hit the little PT3 icon on the table, and choose "Save". it should then remember the positions for new tables. I *think* after you've saved, "reset" on the icon will update position on all other tables too.

Because you have somehow ****ed up PAHUD, I had the pleasure today of using PT3's HUD. Well, staring at the configuration icon.

No stats. There were stats for a few hands, then they all flew away never to return, on two different sites no less (stars and tilt). Restarting doesn't help, poking settings and the HUD layout doesn't help, sacrificing goats doesn't help, nothing helps. It possibly doesn't like the duplicate player entries you ignored when responding to the last batch of bug reports.

I don't know why PT3 is more ****ed up for me than anybody else as far as I can tell, but I'm not pleased. This isn't even beta quality.

Oh, and the table cover's blocking some of my clicks, just to make it less than useless.

I bought PT2 a couple months ago how do I get a discount as promissed for PT3?

PT3 crashes everytime I use the 'Raise R Bet' stat.

I'm still having problems with the HUD panels disappearing. I played a 6 hour session today. All was well for the first 2 hours, a couple of the tables went out for the next 2 hours, and for the rest of the time the HUD didn't work at all. What gives?

Please export your custom stat and attach it to a support ticket. Include the contents of your posts here so there's no confusion to what it's for.

PT3 will only import 30 hands from an observed table. It will use ALL available hands in your database to show you stats.

Please attach the files you created to a support ticket on our site along with a description of the problem.

I understand it's frustrating for you. It's frustrating for me too. I'm working as hard as I can to get the next release out. There are still some issues I'm trying to fix before the next release will be ready.

Are you using PT3 on multiple computers and having them import into the same database?

Your PA Hud problem should be fixed before too much longer. Please read my announcement on the forum.

The next release (hopefully out within the next couple of days) should resolve all the Hud issues people are experiencing.

Have you fixed the 'att to steal blinds' stats for heads up play in the next release?

Can't you just release a new version every few days with bugs fixed? why do you have to wait for nearly 2 weeks when half the stuff doesnt even work? surely its easy enough just to fix a couple of things and then let us DL it and then worry about adding new features etc? this is really frustrating as so many things dont actually work and it keeps freezing ipoker and closing down.

Are you guys going to extend the trial period of PT3? I installed it on release date but was not able to use since due to all the hud issues.

The reason to why the trial is so long and generous (60 days without hand limit is a lot) is because we knew issues could arise. You should definitely be able to use it for quite a while using the HUD as well in the nearly 50 days to come.

how's the hud displayer feature in pt3? is it as powerful as HEM? like, realtime, has tons of stats that PA hud doesn't have..3bet 4bet, squeeze, range...things like that.

Not yet, but it's on my list for things to fix before the next release.

I'd rather have fewer releases with more bug fixes than more releases with fewer bug fixes. Trying to get everyone to use the latest version is hard enough when there are only a few of them.

Our Hud and popup stats are far more flexible than HM, and we plan on adding more power and flexibility in the future. You can also add your own custom stats to the Hud. The only thing I can think of that their Hud does that ours doesn't is position-specific stats, but those are coming.

PT3 is awesome.
I am only missing the following things,
A way to import, export HUD layouts
The "donklead FLOP stat
The "call preflop raise" stat isn't working properly.
And I am missing an EV grapher.

All these things are coming. The Call PFR stat is currently counting raises as calls for the purpose of the stat. This will be changing.

Looks like a PostgreSQL error. Post this in our forum, you'll get a much better answer there.

PT3 is no longer in free public beta. You are welcome to try the free trial though. It has an extended expiration date, so you get 60 days to try it out. Some people are experiencing major bugs, other people experience none. The next release should solve most of the bugs some people are having, so it might be better to wait a few days until it's released.
