Charging people $90 for a buggy unfinished product and rely on paying customers to tell you where problems are is a shambles imo.
A lot of these issues were recently introduced between the last beta and build 1. We ar working very hard to resolve the problems as quickly as possible.

To give you an idea of our work load, our forums are getting hundreds of posts every day. We have gotten well over 1000 support tickets this past weekend, most of which can only be answered by myself or Derek. Derek has been busy working on some problems which was causing paying customers to not get their registration code, and I have been busy trying to fix all the problems the support tickets are about. Under a normal work load, you would've received an answer within hours. I apologize for the delay, but we're not just sitting back doing nothing. We are working very hard to get caught up.

About the Table Tracker. If it supports Full Tilt and Stars, has good update times (data on server is up to date and quicky downloaded) and if you can make your own custom scoring system (ie "if VPIP 30>40 and AF<0.25*VPIP then score is 10") I'm definately willing to pay $20 a month for the product.
I'm working hard to resolve the Hud lag problems, which I hope will be ready for you guys mid-late this week.
TableTracker doesn't yet support PokerStars, but you can create your own custom stats and have them displayed in the lists, so you can make whatever fish score you'd like.

Thanks
We have some reports in the repository on the site:

Yes, please attach the log file to a support ticket.

EDIT: if security is an issue, just scan the query and allow only reading, not writing/deletion of data.
There's not much SQL you can't do with the current system. What are you wanting to do that the current system won't let you?

This report thing kind of sucks imo and the documentation is REALLY bad. I would love to be able to use it but I just fingure it out and I am usaully good at figuring out this kind of ****.
Make sure you are using the "Holdem Cash Hand" section for your report. The filter you mention should work fine.
We're aware that the documentation is lacking. We'll get better documentation out, it's just going to take some time.

So I've decided to switch back to PT2 and surprise: hh reading is messed up, telling me that I'm up enormous amounts ($45k yesterday and I played 100 hands of 400NL...).
What's the deal here?
The lag problems should be resolved in the next release. Is PT2 displaying the wrong amounts, or PT3?
