I cannot get hero stats to appear, is there any special trick that I could have forgotten ? I created a new group only for hero stats and nothing appears.

Do you have the option to disable session stats set?

Go to Database -> Database Management. Highlight your old database and click the Export button.

Go to Database -> Database Management. Click New, fill out the info and click Create. Set it as Active and you'll be good to go.

This was literally 2 inches above the answer that he gave you. You cant imagine how many times this has been asked/answered.

Im not sure what you're talking about, but I have the "Retrieve Session stats for Tool Tips" box checked. I don't see any "disable session stats".

Ok it says they have been exported but I dont see them, where should I have exported them to ?
05-07-2008 , 02:19 PM
I know it's been mentioned and I have no doubts it will be fixed sooner or later...but just wanted to chime in that I am also having problems with HUD stats disappearing. I'm constantly hitting "reset" to get them all back up for at least a sec or two.

Where you told it to. When you run the Export - the first thing it does is ask where you want to put the exported HHs. Do you just click blindly, while not looking at the screen?

Ok, its 4.5 which is much more accurate. Thats great.

I also had a day when I was 4 tabling NL, 1 table limit he, and 1 table limit omaha
(6 tables total)...When you add the Omaha and stud sections, would it
be possible to link this MT stat to ALL tables, including tourn and cash games?

Ok I thinks it's all working, thanks for info and sorry for doubling up on questions, im not very good with computers, well... I guess im learning !

What is the SQL-expression for a VPIP-on-button-stat?

is there any plans of making it so the hud doesn't steal focusfrom the active table?
the current way the HUD works makes multitabling with overlap (cascade) impossible

Yeah, performance does seem to get worse as the session goes on. I'll try and get the log file.

Having some HUD problems.

For example I have a lot of hands on somebody. On one table it shows i have about 200 hands, and on another there's ~500. Obviously this causes stat errors. How do I fix this?

Sorry to have the same question again but here it goes:

I am still having terrible lag problems with the HUD. I have tried disabling the session stats but this is no help. Can you walk me through exactly how do this. Maybe I am missing a step. I have created a new database and have beta 11. Computer is running fast, plenty of memory, etc. I would love to get this up and running to full capacity. Thanks again.

I went into my FTP directory and for some reason its not using the normal HH folder (*** vista, imo) its got some .dat folder for every account, so I tried sending that, no luck=/.

Where are these hands/can i just export them?

Do you have Full Tilt configured to save hand histories to disk?
yes i think so, I clicked ftp and opened up save HH option, the checkbox is clicked and they are being saved to the FTP directory.

This is what I'm waiting for. I don't know much about the bells/whistles of PT3, and I'll probably appreciate them when I have them, but right now, all I want is for PT3 to "do no harm", i.e. do what PT2/PAHUD does, be rock-solid, not have weird HUDs lag, etc. I want to do the export from hell, format my hard drive, do the import from hell, and not look back. What is the ETA for this?

There is a "Start Hud" button in the auto-import tab.
