I keep seeing this as the only cause for the stats not being diplayed however I am only reading from one database and I see no stats. I have the PT icon on the tables, I see the mucked cards and all of that but I see no stats. I have min required hands set to 1. I have no player ranges. Refresh rates are set to default. HUD worked fine with beta 9. I'll keep reading but I am not holding out hope I will run across a fix for this.

I noticed that limit hands in which a player bets/raises/calls and later in the same betting round three-bets/caps also have incorrect figures in the Amount Won column (and related columns). I suspect the cause is iPoker's updated hand history format again, because the numbers for pre-update hands seem correct.

This sounds like the same problem I reported. PT support told me it should be fixed in the next release.

The hand history files are written to disk. To view an individual hand's history, double-click the hand in a report.

Create a new group in the Hud and set it's "Show" value to "Table Averages".

To change an individual stat's background color, select it in the "Stats" tab and change the background color in the Properties.

No, most people re-imported a large number of hands. I want to know the results on an empty database.

It's unlikely anything regarding the current, active hand will be added to the Hud.

I had PT3 auto-importing from another computer over network share (\\10.0.0.x\hhpath), and the other computer was shut down, this caused PT3 to crash.

Could we please get some sort of purge or something ? I have a 40 gig DB which I had to import using 120 GIG of files.... Took me 2 weeks to import if not more and I still have duplicates elsewhere to import... really painful...

Plus my HD I had for the database is full and when I try to use the EXPORT function to a different HDD it keeps crashing because of not enough place on the "FROM" HD :/

Im using PT3 + hud whilst playing 4 tables on a 1 year old laptop and the lag is unbearable. Hope this will be resolved.

In the Database Management window, there's a purge feature which will remove all the hands from a database. There will be a way to filter which hands get removed in the future.

I've made significant progress on the lag problem. Hopefully the next beta will be free of lag for most people.

Is there a way for you to make the HUD appear without you having to sit in at sites that doesn't save observed hands (like Party)? It's very annoying having to both sit down and play a hand before the stats appear. You really can't table/seat select as it is now. Note that this worked with the old PAHud.

Does the popup-stats (default settings) load when the hud starts running or do they load when you toggle them? The HUD on the table works fine but the popup-stats is very random for me. Sometimes they show for a specific player at one table but not on another table, but mostly they're just empty. On one occation about half the table had only 14 hands listed in the popup but had alot more (the correct number of hands) on the table. I had played ~30 hands on that table so I have no idea where 14 came from. I was tweaking the HUD settings on another table at the same time so maybe that was the problem?

Can you make my stats not appear as the other players on the table? In PAHud there was specific stats for yourself that you could place on the table where you wanted. If I move my stats (lets say to the corner) on table A and I have another seat at another table B, the player that is in my seat on table B will have their stats in the corner.

Stats on observed tables will be coming. I can't give an ETA at this time.

The queries for the popup stats are done depending on the refresh rates. Depending on how many tables you have up, they may take a while to complete. Until the initial query is complete, no stats will appear in the popup. I've fixed a bug for the next version that should make the popup queries more responsive, so this should improve.

To remove your Hero stats, go into the Hud Stat Config, go to the Groups tab, select the Group you want to edit and change the Show value to "Everyone but Hero".

when i first join a table it may take several hands before any stats show..

I emailed my hand history from my laptop to my desktop and saved it in the poker stars hand history folder but that didn't work? i'm not networked. anyother ideas?

It says I need to download PostgreSQL. I went to the PostgreSQL website, and there are like 40 billion different programs. Which is the one I need for PT3? I've finally caved and want to try the beta version instead of PT2, mainly bc PT2 is slow as [censored] imo. Please link/help me please!

Forget it, for some reason this time when I re installed PT3 the PostgreSQL download window came up, when other times it didn't. Figured it out!

Whenever I start applying filters to the data being displayed PT3 it takes forever to load the various screens, if they load at all. For example, if I set the filters to show only the nl50 and nl100 hands that I've played since April 1st (~30k hands), it either takes something like 20+ minutes to populate just the main stats screen, or doesn't finish at all. I've vaacumed, analyzed, and clustered the database and am running as the administrative account on Vista.

Quesition about the HUD (sorry didn't read 265 pages),

Yesterday I watched a video where someone had realtime HUD. When you moused-over a player it showed a table where it had information based on position.

Something along the lines of:

Then it had different numbers based on their position.

Is something like this possible with PTv3's HUD? If so, can you take it a step further and have these stats displayed as separate "labels" without having to bring up a big menu?

I don't know if this is a place for feature requests but if so... assuming the above is possible I'd really like to be able to add stats on tooltips.

Example:
You have the general VPIP stat being displayed next to a player. When you mouse over VPIP it would show nothing by default but if you wanted you could rig it to show any other stats (maybe VPIP based on position, etc.). Just to minimize clutter being displayed and provide good information without having your entire screen covered up by a huge stat layout.

I'm playing on my laptop most of the time, but sometimes I head back to my hometown and play on my desktop there. Is it possible to "transfer" databases and results?
I'm playing sngs, so tracking my results is quite important.

Some hud experimentations:

1 - On party its solid as a rock as far as I can tell, playing both cash and sngs (both 6max)

2 - On stars the behavior is erratic. If someone sits out or leaves then the stats for ALL players are randomly affected - eg one player sat out for 2 hands then left, and his stats remained but mine vanished.

3 - On one occasion the 'folded SB to steal' updated two hands after all the other stats (on stars, it was edfinitely a late update as I was doing the stealing against a player I had very few hands on).
