Scroll to the botom of the properties tab, you will find the Position Property there.

I can't seem to get my HUD to come up. I've clicked start HUD and all that and it should be autoimporting. I play on lock, but I clicked on Cake because theres no Revolution choice. I also clicked show hidden sites. I've been playing and it hasn't popped up yet. Any ideas?

It appears that you are using an old version of PolerTracker 3. Please upgrade to the latest BETA for Revolution support. We recommend upgrading to PT4 while your at it, our support for the network is better in our latest software.

Hi!

I've tried to install and get your PT3 for my Macbook air atleast 100 times!

I can install the software and everything cames upp, but when I'm going to import my hand through the setup wizard, nothing happens! It calculate to take like 600 hours and when I have waited 1 hour, not a single hand had got imported..

Plz I would really like ur help about this problem and would really appreciate it!

MY HUD only works if I create a new map. Make so that my hands from PS cames to that new empty map. Go into the setup wizard. Put the new empty map as hand importer. Then it works. When I quit PT3 , I need to do the same procedure over again.. SRSLY what is this?

EDIT: It cant read a map where there already is hands = no hud. If I create a empty map it works. Which I would need to do before every session..

When u add own Hud stat to ur pop up, how do u do so u can see both % and how many times it has occurred, for example, I add donk bet, then it just says 11 % not on how many samples it is.

Note - there are all PokerTracker 3 questions that were moved from the PT4 thread. It appears that you might be a new PT3 user, if so we recommend taking advantage of your free upgrade to PT4, this is our newest version which is easier to use and includes fantastic video tutorials.

Sounds like you just need to select the proper player from the left hand player list, from your description there does not appear to be anything wrong.

We don't know what a "Map" is, that term is not used in PT3. Please explain, we can help if we understand what you are talking about.

From the HUD menu click Save Layout. You HUD's on-table positioning will now be saved and recalled every time you open up the same game type on the same network.

From the Configure HUD Profiles window select Stats, see the Properties tab on the bottom right? Make sure Show Times / Opportunities for each stat added sats TRUE.

What I mean is this. When I start PT3, I need to create a new map, or a folder, wheres this folder I select Pokerstars to import all my hands to. (Notice that I already have a folder with all my hands but this one wont work with PT!)
This new folder needs to be completely empty, then I just select this folder as my hand import folder and everything works.

The thing is, I need to create a new, a different folder next time I play, and select so my Pokerstars hand gets to that new folder, and do the same thing with PT.

U understand what I mean? Everytime I want my HUD to work, I need to create a new folder for my hands.

Please follow this guide for instructions how to configure both PokerTracker 3 and PokerStars to work together. Your problem appears to be just simple misunderstanding of how PokerTracker 3 works with PokerStars, the guide will help.

Sorry this has probably been asked before but can you get own hud stats for rush tournaments?

That is not possible in PT3, but is in PT4.

Hello, I hope this is an appropriate place for this question. It's about how a HUD stat is calculated rather than a technical inquiry.

I have a player who, over 72 hands, has a flop continuation bet of 43% (3/7), but an flop aggression frequency of 100% 4/4.

As I understand it, aggression frequency is calculated as follows: (numbers of bets + number of raises)/(number of bets + number of raises + number of folds + number of calls). Since villain has folded four hands as the pre-flop raiser, how can his flop aggression frequency be 100%?

3/7 CBets doesn't imply that he folded 4 times; it only says that he didn't CBet 4 times.

Checks are not included in the aggression frequency stat, so for the hands where he didn't continuation bet (i.e. he checked) if the opponents also checked that wouldn't affect the aggression frequency stat.

Furthermore, aggression frequency on the flop doesn't only count hands where the player had an opportunity to CBet - it counts any hands where the player made any non-check actions on the flop.

The best Heads Up HUD profiles available right now are all for PokerTracker 4, check out the PokerTracker download warehouse for some examples, or google "Coffee HUd" for a very popular HUSNG HUD. You can also create your own HUD profiles in PT3 to meet your needs.

Since you just bought PokerTracker 3, you will qualify for a free copy of PokerTracker 4. We recommend you upgrade if you can, PT4 is much improved, the HUD is much more flexible.

Hi, sorry if this has been answered before. Lately everytime I close PT3, I get the following message, and it crashes after a while. I try reindexing and all of that earlier today, and it didn't fix.



Any ideas?

Hi, I use pt3 when I play on carbon and it has trouble importing some hands from mtt's. I usually multi table mtt's and, even though i have auto import on, some tourneys will be imported and the hud will come up while other tourneys are not imported and obviously the hud does not come up. I have auto detected the folder but maybe i need to do something differently? Thanks for your help.

Thank you for notifying us, this is a very rare bug that you helped us discover that only occurs when your database needs maintenance.

1) Please download the latest PokerTracker 3 BETA update and install it.

2) Please open PT3, click Database > Housekeeping. Select all of the options except Cluster, then click Begin.

3) Restart PT3, let us know if this continues to occur. Our next version of PT3 will address this rare bug, it occurs because we had to compensate for a problem with iPoker duplicate hand histories that could occur in the past, but this is no longer an issue that we need to compensate for because iPoker fixed this.

Yeah, I had the dec 13 update on already and reindex etc yesterday. Here is what it does after I reinstall 12/13 beta, then it crashed out on me.

You did not need to reinstall. Can you please send us your logs which were saved after the latest crash? Attach the logs to a support ticket, the logs can help us review the source of your error.
