I am having the same problem with Lock. Everything was fine 4 days ago.

We just tested PT3 with Juicy Stakes, the HUD and import is working as expected. There is a known issue with auto detection of the hand history folder for some Cake network skins, but as long as you manually assign the folder this should not be an issue.

If you continue to have issues I sugest that you make sure you update to the latest beta version of PT3, and if that does not work then you should submit a support ticket as explained above - we cannot fix your issue without this support ticket, we need to see your logs to determine what may be causing the problem.

Good luck!

Hello, I recently downloaded the most recent version of pt3...when the hud first starts to run it never has the right display under the proper screen name. I have to manually drag each box to the proper sn. Shouldn't it just automatically pop up in the correct spot? It has always been a problem but I just ignored it.

Sounds like you have preferred seating enabled incorrectly. Please visit the PokerTracker website, click Support, PokerTracker 3, Site configuration. Select the site you are playing at, and follow the instructions for Preferred Seating.

yup thats it!

Last question, sometimes ill play games other than holdem which ill forget to not save HHs, when my pt3 imports these it gives a 'warning' hand not recognized. does this do any harm to my pt3 or is it just a simple notice that it just wont read it?

again thanks for the support!

Just a simple notice, it will not harm PokerTracker 3. When you stop I port, the hands are moved to the processed files folder for your convenience even though they were not imported.

Why doesn't my PokerTracker import HUSNGs that only lasted 1 hand?

I am not familiar with your claim, every poker room works differently therefore we need to

1) know the poker room you are playing at

2) see a sample hand history so we can investigate.

Please create a support ticket with the information required, and we will do our best to reproduce your issue and solve the problem if it is possible.

"2012/10/28 14:56:16: PokerStars: Warning: Encountered cancelled hand history. (Hand #88369555012)"

Can't import hands because of this error. Tried to find the hand to delete the text file or some **** but couldn't find it on my harddrive.

This should not affect the import of hands, this is only one hand in the hand history file that was saved by PokerStars that could not be imported. If you have further issues then it would be best to send us your logs along with the hand history file found in the PokerStars folder for further investigation.

Please follow these instructions for submitting a Support Ticket.

Is there a way to check all-in eV graph only for coinflips?
11-02-2012 , 01:51 PM
Not in PT3; in PT4 you can filter reports based on all-in equity though so that is possible in PT4.

Hi,

My heads up display blocks my bet slider. How do you move each individual players stats? Im on a mac if that makes a difference.
11-05-2012 , 08:05 AM
On a pc just right click and drag the hud to where it's best suited. No idea how macs work though.

thanks, it worked. Seems super obvious now lol

Another question sorry.

Is there anyway to not show your own stats?
11-05-2012 , 09:00 AM
Yes, in the Hud Editor (Configure --> Configure Hud) go to the Groups tab and change the group display from "Display on Table for Everyone" to "Display for Everyone Except Hero" and then that won't show your stats at all.

Hi, will PT3 work upon relaunch tomorrow? I remember reading somewhere that PT4 will because the development team is able to perform testing on play money tables, but any idea what will happen for those of us still using PT3? Thanks.

We are no longer developing for PokerTracker 3, we are only addressing bug fixes going forward. PokerTracker for for OS X is expected to be available for public beta before the end of 2012, FTP support is expected to be included in that public beta. We do not anticipate that RUSH support will be possible in OSX, therefore if you need our software for RUSH tables we advise you to install Windows on your Mac as a virtual machine or bootcamp partition.

PokerTracker 4 Windows with Full Tilt support may be available tomorrow, that is our intention, but it will not be released until all of the issues that remain to be fixed in the next release are addressed. We will hold back that release a few days if necessary, we don't want to release anything prematurely, it takes time to finish checking our work.

Thanks TT. Back to PT3 question for Windows, does changes to support HUD usage in new FTP for example constitute as a bug fix that will be supported?

To clarify, we no longer develop new features, changes, or additions to PT3. We only fix bugs at this stage, and we will continue to fix bugs for some time though. Changes in FTPs hand histories are not considered a bug, they are a change - which falls under the definition in the first sentence. If you are a Mac user then we will have a solution for you with the public beta of PT4 within a few months. If you are a Windows user, then we sugest you take advantage of the 70% or better discount to upgrade to PokerTracker 4, this discount ends on Nov 25th.
