Hi all,

I used to play HUSNG and used a hud that showed villains stack size in BB. I have now incorporated this into my STT hud but it doesn't work as well. It seems to add all the villains BBs together on all the same tables he is on that I am also on.

See above. It shows the total BB in the hud but it the "this session" I'd like to show on the hud on each table. The BB value is the number furthest to the left.

Does anyone know of a way to fix this??

Thanks all.

Most of the error messages simply say "Unable to import hand. Reason:". Others say "Invalid pot size/winnings for hand".

What can I do in order to get this history imported properly? Thanks!
Merge updated their software recently so you will need to update to the latest version of PT3 - v3.13.8 Beta.
Scroll down the download page to find the beta version.

That should work fine for non-heads-up tables too.
Please open a Support Ticket on the PokerTracker website about your issue and we'll be able to investigate more directly.

Ok so I download previous PT3 version, start importing files but it showed errors Import complete. 0 hands in 322 files were imported. (47,588 errors, 0 duplicates), so I downloaded newer version c3.13.8 beta version, start import them again but HH was empty, like 0 files, and now my carbonpoker HH is empty. So the question is - what the heck I did wrong> Where could they lost and how could I make all things back.
Thank you!

Run a Manual Import on the Processed Files directory and that should get the hands importing for you - you can find that directory listed on the Auto Import -> Preferences tab. Make a note of where it is then go to the Manual Import tab and click Import From Directory. Choose that directory and click OK then sit back and let PT3 do its thing.

No problem with that I have already tracked new hands, but question is where the heck my all previous HH gone? With previous PT3 I tried auto import, manual import, manual from directory, nothing, I changed PT3 version, and all my HH gone, lost.. They aren't in Recycle bin.

Kraada explained where to find the hand histories in his post above, I have placed the relevant part in bold for you. Good luck!

Thank you, now it works perfect for me! Previously didn't understand your idea because of my bad knowledge of English..

Follow the zoom instructions in the PokerStars Guide for PokerTracker 3. Here is a quote -

Users that play Zoom tables will need to manually configure PokerTracker 3 as Zoom is not enabled by default. To configure Zoom click PokerStars-> PokerStars Configuration from the Import -> Auto Import tab. Scroll down and make sure that the option "Enable Zoom HUD" is checked if you are playing Zoom and use a HUD.

With PokerTracker 3 configured correctly, you simply need to follow these steps to ensure your HUD is operational on Zoom tables. These steps must be followed exactly, otherwise your HUD will not work.
  1. Start PokerTracker 3
  2. Start PokerStars and Login
  3. Click "Begin Auto Import" in PokerTracker 3
  4. Join a Zoom table
Again, these steps must be followed for the HUD to work properly on Zoom tables. If you have any HUD issues, please close both PokerTracker 3 and PokerStars and then start from step 1. Below are some notes about Zoom and PokerTracker 3:
  • The PokerTracker 4 PokerStars Memory Grabber does not support Zoom tables. It can remain enabled as a preference but it will not perform the same duties that it does at traditional PokerStars tables. If you wish to increase the timing of the Zoom HUD display then you may find that disabling the PokerStars Memory Grabber option will help increase performance.
  • PokerTracker 3 will not display the HERO's HUD group, this is intentional behavior to increase HUD performance.
  • The in-game hand history viewer will not function at Zoom tables, this is intentional behavior to assure proper database and HUD performance.
  • The default seat for players who do not have preferred seating enabled at Zoom tables is seat 3 for 6 max or seat 5 for 9 max tables.
  • Due to security restrictions within the Apple OS X operating system, the Zoom HUD is not available for PokerTracker 3 for users who have Macs. PokerStars is aware of this issue, hopefully they can provide a solution in the future to allow PokerTraker to develop a Zoom HUD on OSX.
  • For optimal results, please allow the importer to import any existing hand histories before playing Zoom tables to minimize the time it takes the HUD to begin working.
  • As always, make sure that neither PokerStars nor PokerTracker 3 are open before updating the PT3 software. To be safe, reboot your system before updating PT3!

I'm using PokerTracker 3 on my Mac. I can't get Lock Poker hands to import. The directory in auto import isn't even available. And as far the site is concerned it's saving my HHs into C:/xxx which isn't even a place on my computer. Is it possible to use PT3/Lock poker on a Mac right now?

Lock Poker's Mac client is exclusive to Lock, it is not used by the rest of the Revolution Gaming network therefore we do not support Lock on the Mac - you can however install a Windows VM or use Bootcamp and then use PT for Windows while playing on Lock.

I recently switched from HEM to PT3. Does PT3 have an all in ev or redline that you can show on your graphs. I play super turbos on Merge and want to know what my redline (or PT3 equivalent) is right now.

Thanks.

If you are on Windows the we sugest you switch to PokerTracker 4 which will be released commercially next week, as a recent purchaser you qualify for a free upgrade to PT4. You can get the beta before we release by visiting our website, log in, then click Support->PT4->Downloads. You can import your existing HEM and PokerTracker 3 databases so all of your hands are in the same database.

PT3 has All-In EV and Showdown/Non SD Winnings (redline) graph plotting included, just click the Graphs tab and you will find these checkbox options on the left hand side. We have abandoned All-In EV in PokerTracker 4 because it is a flawed concept unless you are a heads up player, it has been replaced with Equity Adjusted Winnings which is a more accurate description for what that stat does. For more information why, please visit the PokerTracker website, view the blog, and see the article entitled "The Problem With All-In EV (All-In Equity)"

In PokerTracker 3 you can do this by marking hands for review, then creating a custom hands report in My Reports, and filtering for marked hands. In our new PokerTracker 4 we have integrated Hand Tags and filtering for Hand Tags right into the interface of all reports, so this is much easier to do out of the box.

For the Table VPIP Average you need to create a new Group in your HUD Profile, then change that group's show property to "Table Averages: Show On Table". Then add VPIP to that new group.

PokerStars changed the hand history folder on your computer, you need to match the hand history location in your PokerTracker 3 preferences as well.

Is it possible to show the hud stat "Tourney M" on pt3?
If so , where is it at because I can't find it
07-20-2012 , 03:33 AM
"M" is a built-in stat which you can add to the Hud just the same as any other stat.

Is there a problem with the combination of partypoker, mac and pokertracker 3?

If have complete the steps of the tutorial but i cant get PT3 to import my PartyPoker hands while the rest of the sites are working fine. Even manually importing hands does not seem to work since it give the error "2012/07/20 14:57:47: Unexpected beginning of hand history. (Line #11)" for about 40 lines.
