Anyone help my LOCK problem:

Windows 7 32bit



Anyone know why I am missing the "Network Configeration Tab"? I have the preference tab.

I tried to Set Up Wizard for Revolution:

"Cake unable to auto-detect Revolutuon Gaming Network Setting"

1) I can manually import from my HH -- located at:
C: users/poker/appdata/local/CPN/Lockpoker/HandHistory

The Lock client will not let me change the directory which I would have moved the HH to a different locations.

Any ideas?

PT3 working fine for Merge

If you manually set up that directory it should work even if auto-detection fails.

Regarding that configuration tab - try resizing the window wider and see if that helps.

Can anyone help me? I've downloaded Poker Tracker 3 and postgre. But when I'm setting up postgre it asks for a password. It says - if the service account already exists in windows,you must enter the current password for the account. If the account does not exist it will be created when you click "next".

What password does it mean???

That is used by other software which installs PostgreSQL and might work for you.

party seems to have got their **** into gear and now they finally have mtts for macs.

however, im having trouble configuring my imports/hud for pt3. anyone experiencing the same problem, or better still, figured out how to do it?

Did you previously have it working for cash games or SNGs?
If the hand history files are being written as you play they should be in the same folder and should import in the same way.
Are you using the downloaded Party software or the in-browser (instant play) version?

I'm having trouble using PT3 on the new Lock/Cake/Revolution network. when I click the auto-import I get this message...
Unable to launch auto-import for site: Cake Poker Network. Reason: Cake auto-importer needs to be configured.

I can see all of my opponents stats in the "texas holdem" tab but I can't seem to find mine for some reason. Any idea on how to make them show?

Hi guys,

I am trying to get pokertracker to work on stars, like I think, it should. I have downloaded and installed the trial version. I can start it. Then there is a window, where I can press the button "begin auto import" and it does something. Below in the window Import status I see a lot messages like " Hand observed but not imported from.....". If I actually start a table, then I see this pokertracker icon and stats for some players.

The problem is, that the stats are very far from complete. I played about 10k hands with it. But in my stats icon I see, that PT has tracked only 700 of 10 k hands and gives me stats based on this 700 hands.

Is it possible to make him track all hands I play, when it is on?
If yes, then may be somebody could explain how?
Is it possible to make him not to track any hands in which I am not interested?

is it true that PT3 HUD still does not work for zoom on macs? I was tryna set mine up and found this:
"Due to security restrictions within the Apple OS X operating system, the Zoom HUD is not available for PokerTracker 3 for users who have Macs. Anybody else having an issue on Merge with PT3, played a cash game session today 6/22/12 PT3 showed a loss the client showed I posted a win. Did I miss an update?

I suspect these may be the same kind of issue, so I'll combine my reply:

Your stats should be there too - if you don't see your own name that suggests that only observed hands have been imported, which could mean that you're playing at PokerStars and don't have things configured quite correctly. Please follow the PokerStars Configuration Guide in the documentation on the PokerTracker website to help you get things set up correctly.
If you still have problems please post in the forums on the PokerTracker website where we'll be able to help you more directly.

Unfortunately there is no way around this as MacOS prevents it.

If you haven't played for a couple of weeks then you will have missed the updates required by the Merge software update.
Please update to v3.13.7 Beta.
If you still have problems please attach the hand history file(s) to a support ticket on the PokerTracker website so that we can investigate.

Is there a way to change the axis on the graph? By default it leaves three rows empty at the top and bottom, so your lowest point never touches the bottom and your highest point never hits the ceiling. Is it possible to remove the extra space?

Also, is there a filter where I can look at only the last x # of hands?

No, the graph spacing is automatic and can't be adjusted.
There isn't a filter for last X hands in PT3, but this is built into all PT4 reports.

Is there a way to filter players based on how many hands you have with them? i'm sure it's easy I just can't find it. Or maybe a way to sort them by amount of hands?

You can do this in a custom report - on the reports tab create a new report in the Player Statistics section. Add the Player and Hands stats, and in the blue Filters link uncheck "Filter on Active Player", then you'll see all players and their numbers of hands. You can then sort by # of hands by clicking on the header of that column.

My problem is that the HUD on cake won't automatically go to the player that it is for even when I hit save layout. I have preferred seating option on (thinking that might be the problem just OCD on sitting at different spots on different tables) and have the 60 day trial beta.

Please read the preferred seating tutorial in the documentation on the PokerTracker website. If it still doesn't work properly for you please post in the forums there and we'll be able to help you more directly.

How do I get the HUD to pop up when I am reviewing a session in Pokertracker. I looked in the manual and I couldn't find any description on how to do this.
