Definitely extend B6, you're just going to have the hud-sux-bitchfest you mentioned and have to spend half your time answering stupid questions.
People can use AHK HUD or PokerObserver HUD until that.

+1 - as a business matter, I must say I agree. Put out a good product - no matter how much you say beta, many will judge it on first impression.

Did you enter the tournament results for those that you won? If so, try clearing the filters. If neither of those is the case, open a support ticket on our site and we'll get it figured out.

Hey PokerAce - I was playing in a tournament and all of a sudden, the software stopped importing. Have you had other such instances of this? Very odd.

Early April is not necessarily the issue with why I said April 4th, rather if the HUD is "close enough" to be released but be very basic and buggy then a week (hopefully) might be enough time to add some enhancements and kill the bugs. Waiting until the end of April would be disappointing (though I would probably wait). I guess I was just tryng to be magnanamous and hopeful at the same time.

I am not sure about the "after April 5th comment" made by the other poster. I was hoping to have it for the weekend.

I was mainly wondering because someone else said April 5th in addition to your April 4th.. was guessing there may be some site promo or something that meant people would be playing lots... or something holiday related but I couldn't guess what

Did it stop after you moved tables, or just randomly in the middle of the tournament? Did stopping/starting auto-import help?

Just randomly in the middle of the tournament. And yes, I did reboot it a couple of times (that's one of the few computer things I know to do -

Hey! I just restarted the program after a lapse of about an hour in the same tournament and its importing them all! Wow. What a sight.

The next time you notice this happening, please grab the PokerTracker.log file and attach it to a support ticket on our site (do this before restarting PT3).

Hey all, so I'm running PT3, and as mentioned in the title, it's not showing tourney results. It's basically saying that I haven't cashed in any tourneys or SNG's at all (which definitely isn't accurate). This is my first time using any PT software, but I was wondering if this was just a bug in the new version, or do I have to set something up within the program?

Currently, you have to type in your results (click 'tournaments' and 'enter results' from main menu). They have said that they have plans to 1) auto calculate SNG results and 2) be able to auto request email results from stars and then auto import from email. Yes, it does. Use it by double-clicking a row containing an individual hand and clicking the "Replay" button on the window that appears.
