PokerTracker 3 - Page 406 - Poker Software -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

Being on a Mac I am having issues. I have downloaded the 3.13.6 upgrade for Mac, but the HUD is not working. Apparently hand histories are not being exported by the Merge software? I have no record of them in the directory file I have set up.

There are numerous reports of major issues with the OSX MERGE client right now, I sugest you wait until the new MERGE client patch is release in 2-3 days. MERGE is aware of many bugs, they are working to fix these bugs as soon as possible we are told. Until that time, we cannot verify our own OSX support for MERGE.

Yes, but MERGE itself has many bugs they need to fix, these bugs are especially bad with tournaments. We expect a patch in 2-3 days from MERGE.

More MERGE bugs to announce: We can confirm that the hand history folder is not operating properly in the new MERGE 6.0 client. According to sources at the MERGE Network a patch is expected within the next 48 hours that will solve this problem. PokerTracker 3 for OSX is expected to work properly once this update is released by MERGE. Hang tight OSX users, help is on the way!

Strange thing on Merge yesterday played one session PT3 showed a $18.01 loss, Merge acct balance and real money ledger showed a 10.96 loss. The rake amt compared to rakeback received seemed off a bunch as well. I'll have to go back and check the other days I played after the software change.

I just wanted to provide an update. I play on Merge on a Mac. They did release a 6.0 patch this morning and now HH's are saving on my computer and the HUD has popped up. Unfortunately, HH's are still reading wrong and so $$$$ won/loss is still inaccurate. According to PT3, I lost $9 on this last session, but according to Merge/my cashier, I finished up $24. Baby steps I suppose.

There are a few MERGE bugs that remain, we are preparing a release that fixes these bugs now that the new patch from MERGE has been released. Expect this in a few hours.

once all fixes/patches/whatever are up to date, do i need to adjust any of my PT3 settings in order for HUD to work? i'm running 3.13.6 and HUD won't work on MTT's for me (haven't played other formats), although it looks like hands are importing successfully.

Merge OSX PT3 player here, I'm having the same problem as many others (inaccurate win/loss amounts). I don't want to keep inaccurate data on my PT3 but I don't want to erase those sessions either. What do?

Should I keep those HH somewhere until Merge fixes this problem and import them later?

As long as you don't make any changes to the hand history folder location, eveything should work without the need to make changes.

Stats work ok, but as expressed above i sugest you wait until the new patch is released today otherwise your winnings will be incorrect.

PC or Mac? The Mac owners seem to be having more of an issue. My PC is working fine other than win/loss tracking mentioned ITT

I'm still having issues with the new Lock Poker on the Revolution Network using my Mac. I can't even attempt to setup PT3. It doesn't give me the option to setup Revolution network. Is anyone else having any type of success with Lock Poker right now using PT3 (with a Mac)???

After updating to 3.13.7 my hh and hud is working properly on a Mac, but the player summary under General tab is reporting incorrect amount won.

You can remove the hands from the period in which the histories have errors using Database > Database Management > Purge.

The hands played before the latest Merge update have incorrect data (such as incorrect stack sizes) and these cannot be imported correctly. New hands should be correct and should import OK.

If Merge are able to provide you with correct versions of the histories then those should import too, but those with bad data will not import correctly.
