PS: There are several stats for this...
a) LIVE Stack in BB (holdem tourney)

Is there any differece between then? If not, why are different stats on the same matter?

From the menu choose Configure > Configure Stats, go to the Statistics tab and click Import and select the file that you saved. Click Apply to make the new stat(s) available.

The custom stat repository includes stats that our users have uploaded, this means there are times (like this) where duplicates are possible. Assuming you are using the stat for tournaments, I would recommend using the one created by WhiteRider listed above.

Im having a horrible time setting my HUD up, can i get someone to set my HUD ($$$ involved), or is there a way i can import how my HEM is set up, and have it the same way on my PT3....

PokerTracker 3 does not import from HEM, but PokerTracker 4 can. Last I checked we do not yet import notes but it was on our agenda to include if we can find a solution. You can import your HEM database in PT4 now, then revisit when we have notes import in the future.

PokerTracker 3 does not have an import tool from HEM. We do include a database import tool from HEM in PokerTracker 4, but we do not import the HUD profiles in PokerTracker 4. We think you will find the PokerTracker 4 drag and drop HUD profile editor far superior over any other option available, with a little time invested you can easily reproduce any concept that you are currently using, its not hard at all.

Notes should be transferred when you "convert" a HM database into PT4.

Is there anyway of optimizing the hud speed. sometimes I'll play fold and the hud won't popup for like 2-3 seconds... like setting processes priority?

Theres a few things i need to include on my pop up HUD which i can't find,
- 3bet preflop and cbet the flop %
- 5bet %
- fold to cbet raise

Am I correct to assume you are a recent convert from a competitor's application? You may prefer starting with our new PokerTracker 4 Public Beta instead of PokerTracker 3, many of the questions you asked above are automatically addressed in the Public Beta, but require come custimization in PokerTracker 3.

I'm afraid we need more information before we can provide any guidance. What poker site are you playing at, and what game type are you playing? Can you confirm that there are no hand histories waiting to be imported prior to starting to play?

thanks, PT4 is great.

one problem, im playing a tourney and HUD is working, but im playing a zoom table at the same time and HUD isn't working for it. It's showing the zoom hands as imported though....

My HUD doesn't show up when I'm playing zoom anymore. It's importing the hands though. I've tried to update to the newest BETA but still no success.

Did you enable the Zoom HUD option? In PT3 this in Auto Import > PokerStars Configuration; in PT4 right click PokerStars and choose Configure.

Search for Zoom in this thread or the forum on the PokerTracker website for other things to check.

In addition to WhiteRider's advice above, please follow this order and report back to us:

1) Start PokerTracker
2) Start PokerStars and LOGIN
3) Start PT auto-import
4) Join a Zoom table

We are getting some reports that say that if people do not follow these steps then Zoom HUD may not work, therefore give this a try to help us debug your issues. We will be adding these instructions to the PokerStars support Guide under the Zoom section on the PokerTracker website shortly.

I'm having the same problems with the zoom HUD. Was working fine, tried reinstalling and get:

"Error open file for writing:

C:\ProgramFiles(x86)PokerTracker
3\Data\Plugins\StarsCommunicator.pt3"

Then when starting the auto-importer i get an unable to start zoom hud error telling me to run pt as administrator and some firewall stuff but pt has full access.
