Then I found out that Stars wasn't saving hand histories on my computer, I had to tick a box in hand histories, so I thought that would correct the problem. Still, nothing happens.
PT says "loading hand history files" but nothing happens, my HUD doesn't start and no info comes on PT.
Help would be appreciated, thanks
Please make certain you are running our most recent beta version - 3.11.8, as that version will work properly with the newest PokerStars software. Once you've done that you may need to click the autodetect button one more time, but otherwise that should fix things for you.

Help would be appreciated.
We have an uninstall/reinstall guide on our website which you can access by clicking on Products -> Guides -> Databases.

If PostgreSQL is currently installed that can often mean that you are using an incorrect password. Our default password is 'dbpass' but another default password that is used is 'postgrespass' - give both a try, if that is your only problem this is a lot faster than reinstalling!

I can restart the HUD and that will usually buy me an hour or so of smoothness before it starts lagging alot again, so in a 5-6 hour session I'm restarting my HUD 3-4 times which is pretty annoying as it takes a few minutes to stop auto importing and restart PT3. Also, this doesn't solve the problem of HUD stats not showing up randomly. Anything I can do to fix this? Had the lag problem even at 16 tables though it's alot worse at 20 tables and happens sooner into the session.
Edit- Also should mention that I'm running it on Windows XP via bootcamp on a Macbook Pro
What is your cache status at? If it's not at 100%, please update your cache. That would have a huge impact.
Have you followed our PostgreSQL Tuning tutorial? If not you can find it in the same place as the uninstall/reinstall guide described above and that should help performance for you considerably.
