2 problems:
- player stats don't load in cash games. "Player statistics" load but "Player Summary" don't. It just says "Populating..." and nothing happens. I have a large database, almost 1 million hands.
- i have v3.11.6 and cannot download 3.11.7 because it says i'm graylisted. No idea why, i get a message like "this ip is most likely safe safe, hasen't seen any suspicious activity in the latest 3 months" while i have the IP from this internet provider for less than 2 months.

Importing from Hand Histories works perfectly fine guys, the Pokerstars update only broke the memory grabber option. Importing from text hand histories has not been affected by the update.
  1. Please install the latest Beta of PokerTracker to assure you are using the most up to date PT3 client
  2. Follow the instructions listed in the PokerStars Configuration Guide found on the PokerTracker website (or visit the link posted by Aquisgranum above) to configure your PokerStars client to save hand histories locally on your hard drive. You will also nee to add the hand history folder in the PokerStars Import Configuration inside of PokerTracker 3.

Let us know if you continue to have problems after following the instructions above. Good luck!

I unchecked "Enable Memory Grabber", restarted both PS and PT3, but still no HUD and PT3 is still not importing hands.

Please provide more info on how far away a fix is or why the quick fix is not working for some of us.

Do you have the 3.11.7 beta version?

I first downloaded this version, with 3.10 it did not work.

If I upgrade to the full version of PT3 what will PT4 cost me when it is released?

The Memory Grabber is not functional due to the PokerStars upgrade. We are currently investigating and working on a fix. Hand history import should be working properly in 3.11.7 - please make certain that the top bar of PT3 says 3.11.7 not 3.10 or any other earlier version. Only 3.11.7 will import played hand histories from the new PokerStars software properly.

If either of you have 3.11.7 and the import is not working please restart PT3 with the Logging Enabled link on your Start menu, reproduce the problem and create a support ticket on our website containing the hands you cannot import and a PokerTracker.log file (it's located in the C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerTracker 3\ folder and may look like a text file called PokerTracker). Then please PM us the ticket number so that we can look into this issue ASAP. We are able to reproduce the Memory Grabber problem but we are not seeing any trouble importing hand histories on our end.

Populating means that the PostgreSQL query has returned results and PT3 is putting them together to display for you. How long have you let it attempt to populate and is this on the General tab for your player?

We faced a host of spam bots on our forums in the last couple of months of 2011 - I suspect this was one of our countermeasures. How large an attachment can your e-mail hold? If you can hold 13M or more PM me your email address and I'll email you the installation file directly.

After researching, we have determined that this issue may not be a result of our servers, we do not store a greylist of IPs. To help us determine what may be the source your greylisting, please send us a PM with a screen capture showing the message. It may be due to a third party tool or your ISP... a screen capture is the first step in tracing the source of your issue.

I found out that the Pokerstars update is breaking things so i did not install it on my desktop, only on the laptop.

Opened the old version and everything was working fine.

However now that i updated PT3 from 3.00 to 3.11, i am experiencing the same problem as reported above, even with Memory Grabber disabled. I start the monitor and the hud, but it won't display anything and the graph does not get updated. This is still with the old Pokerstars software.

Upon investigation, the hands are getting imported, but they are not displayed in the stats. When i try to go to Database Management > Export i can see the latest session, but when i check the Graph and Sessions tabs, it will only dispaly the session that i played before i updated PT3.

Looking more closely, the problem seems to come from the fact that before i updated PT3 the limits were named differently. What was before "$0.02 USD NL" is now "$0.02 NL"

So if i update the filter to include both limits, the graph is now ok.

But the HUD still won't start on PT3 3.11, with either version of the pokerstars software.

I will try to log a session and submit a ticket.

Okay, upgrading to 3.11.7 fixed the issue - hands are now being imported and HUD is working. Had to restart both PS and PT3 twice though before it worked...which seems odd, but all good now.

Because you are upgrading from a very old version of PokerTracker 4 to the most recent, you may be experiencing a unique set of problems. Please submit a support ticket for personalized guidance.

I guess I didn't ask the question clearly enough. I understand if you bought PT3 after June you get a free upgrade to PT4 when it comes out, correct? If I purchase the upgrade to the full version from the micro version of PT3 would I also get the upgrade to PT4? Or is this something you haven't decided yet?

Okay, so I was here earlier with the PS hands not importing issue. I fixed the issue as discussed above by downloading the latest update and deselecting the memory grabber checkbox.

However, before fixing the problem I played some hands at the tables without the HUD. I then didn't play for an hour or so, fixed the issue and played again. Hands from my second session have imported fine, but those from the first session are unaccounted for. I did some digging and see that the text files from the first session have been moved from the PS folder to the PT3 processed folder. How do I get PT3 to recognise that it has not imported the data from these?
