You cannot purge "stats" for players. Each hand applies to all players involved in it, so you can't remove it for some players and not others - the smallest "unit" you can remove from a database with the Database Management > Purge option is a session, and that will remove it for all players involved.
You can purge by date, but that will remove your own hands too. There is an observed hands only option if you have a number of observed hands, though. Please also bear in mind that purging is quite an involved process and removing a large number of hands from a large database will take some considerable time.

I am trying to see how often a specific card flops in omaha given my hole cards. Example I hold A3xx (neither x is a duece)...I want to see how often a duece flops. When I go to filters out of ALL 9k hands (NOT JUST A3xx hands) i have logged in, it says a duece is only flopping like 4.5% when reality it should be closer to 23%. The selected filter im using is FILTERS---->TEXTURE------->FLOP CONTAINS ANY 2. Perhaps this isnt the right filter i need to use??? or im running terrible.....can someone point me in the right direction???

is there a way to take off the information box from the session graph? under the sessions tab.

i want to save my session graph but dont want the info box displayed. i understand the filters in the graphs tab but i only want specific session graphs

That is the filter you should be using - but make sure you're comparing to hands that had a flop. If you are comparing to all hands, those hands without flops will skew the expected percentages considerably.

Not from that window but if you double click that session on the Sessions tab then change to the Graphs tab you graph will be filtered to that session and you can turn off the information box on that tab by unchecking it on the left.

And would this be the # times I saw a flop...or just a flop the whole table saw?

In the filters window you can filter for the active player seeing the flop under Actions > Flop.
You could filter for there being a flop (whether the player saw them or not) by filtering for any "Any X" on the Texture tab.

Hi,

I'm running PT v3.11.7 beta but I have been encountering a persistent problem with previous versions also.. I cant get the translucency of the HUD stats to change from 100% 'solid' black background. I slide the bar-scale and click 'apply', the HUD will restart, but the background remains thick black. I can change the 'background colour' and every other variable without problem, it's just the translucency bar that will not work. This has been a continuous problem through all versions I've used on this computer.

There is an option which disables that - if you have it enabled, turn off "Enhance Hud Performance" in Settings > Performance (click Settings on the main reports window).

Sorry if this was asked before, but I don't know what search terms to use.

My Windows has crashed and I cannot start it again. I did a new Windows installation on a different partition, so all the files are still there. I would like to transfer my hud settings (stats and position on the table). I found tutorials on how to backup using PokerTracker's utilities, but all I can access in my situation are the files, not the application itself. So, are there any files that I can copy to the new Windows/PokerTracker installation so that I have my old hud settings?

The file you want to copy over is called Layouts.pt3 - install PT3 on the new system, then overwrite the file of the same name with the one from your backup and that will bring in all of your HUD settings. If you have custom stats on your HUD you'll also need to copy over StatDefinitionsCustomized.pt3

Does the mac version include a HUD? Does it work with Merge?

Is the mac version compatible with all of the "customize poker tracker" add ons on your site?

Will PT4 be available for mac as soon as it is released? If not how long will it take after PT4 is released?

Hello, I recently bought a new laptop about 2 weeks ago. When I first bought the laptop I was playing online without the use of my PT3. When I finally downloaded PT3 on my new computer the database uploaded all of the hands I had played in those 2 weeks without my HUD. I wanted everything from my old PT3 database on my old laptop, so I saved the old database and then attempted to load it onto my new computer. When I did so, it worked but I lost the hands that had been saved in the first 2 weeks of my new computer on my PT3. I can not these hands and of course would like them added to my database so I have a complete database and not 2 missing weeks. Does anyone know where these might be or have and suggestion of what to do? Thanks!

Hello, I am trying to find in PT3 how I can get it to add all of my session winnings (not counting the lossing sessions), instead of the total profit of the sessions. I need this info as I am filing for taxes as an amateur. Doey anyone know how I can filter PT3 or what to do so it will show the total of all session wins without loses, without adding every single one individually . Thanks!

HUD is included in PokerTracker's Mac client. All customizations are cross-platform, they work on both Mac and PC. The PT4 for Mac release date has not been announced yet, but we can share that we anticipate the beta will be available a few months after the commercial release date of PokerTracker 4 for Windows.

PT3 says "0 files found to monitor" for the Yatahay network even though I added my TruePoker directory to the list.

Have you enabled hand histories in the True Poker software and played some hands?

Yes, it's configured to save hand histories and I have the correct directory selected in PT3. I upgraded from the Micro to Full version earlier today and thought the upgrade might not have been applied, but the importer doesn't work at micro tables either.

No hands are imported when I try to do it manually either.

the auto center function for the ipoker network always puts my hud if i would sit on seat 3 but my prefered seat is seat 4...anyone know how auto center puts me always in seat 4 instead of seat 3 so that my hud gets displayed correct?

iPoker only has an "auto center" option, so you can't choose a particular seat.
If the stats are not aligned correctly you will need to right-click-drag them to the correct positions and then PT-icon > Save Layout. Since iPoker start writing hand histories while you are waiting for the blinds you will need to wait until your first played hand has been imported before you move the stats. Also make sure that the Adjust Qualifying Tables Limits option is enabled in Auto Import > Preferences.
