Please open a support ticket on the PokerTracker website and attach one of the files which doesn't import (you will need to compress it first - if you're not sure how just open the ticket and we'll be able to help you more directly there).

ty. deleted the old db and made a new and now it works. i had used HEMs backup and restore and it took all the psql dbs so i thought PT3 would work aswell but obviously it messed up the pt3 db.

thanks.

Is it possible to sort all players in your database by their winnings, with the biggest winner (which is hopefully yourself) on top, and the biggest loser at the bottom?

i'm trying to compare stats of all the regulars. is there a way to do this in PT3? is there anyway to get a report for a bunch of stats over a list of players? or do i have to look at each players stats one at a time?

thanks

britney and g-p you both want to use the Summary tab in the main PT3 window - you can see all players listed there. As in any PT3 report if you click the column headers, results sort by that column. So you can click Hands to sort and see all of the people with the most hands at top (clicking a second time changes the sort order), or click Amount Won and see people ordered by winnings.

Downloded PT3 and got the postgres dl with the tracker. I went into PG Admin to vaccuum/etc and it asked for a password.

What is the default Postgres pw when PG is downloaded with the PT3 installer?

Hi.. i posted this in SNG forum but I guess this is a better place..

http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/36...3-bug-1136804/

Basically... 4-way all in I took 3rd due to having more chips (me + 1 more shortie eliminated).. yet PT showed this as a LOSS and did not show me as placing 3rd.

The default password is "dbpass".

Please attach the full original hand history file to a support ticket on the PokerTracker website and we'll check it out.

Ok, I actually skimmed my latest SNG's and I've noticed 3 tournaments with this same exact dilemma.. I sent all 3 histories.

something wrong with the forums last ~24 hours? I can't post anything.. keeps redirecting me to main site or saying "This webpage has a redirect loop"

The PokerTracker website was updated a couple of nights ago, but it should be working OK. Try using the "Sign In" link in the top right corner of the page rather than any direct link or the "sign in again" page.

I can't even sign in today using Google Chrome.. managed to sign in with Firefox but it still won't let me reply to anything.. /tilt!

P.S. WhiteRider I'm trying to respond to the ENet thread. Yes it makes complete sense that I'm missing all the > ~$1666 hands.. will try to zip files to a ticket today if the site lets me

Deleting pokertracker cookies helped for me. Some stuff still seems buggy. I couldn't remember my password at first and it would say my username isn't found in phpbb. I tried using my e-mail address for username too but it says not found. I tried resetting my password with the e-mail link but when I click the signin thing from the link it never signs me in. I finally remembered my password and it lets me in, but for someone who forgot I think they're going to be stuck.

Lefort - thanks, we'll get back to you via your ticket.

guitarizt (and anyone else having problems on the PokerTracker forum) - we're aware of issues with the new website and are working to get things resolved as soon as possible.
If anyone still has problems in a day or two please let us know exactly what is wrong and we'll sort it out directly.
Thanks for your patience while we get the new website up to speed.

Hello,

I come here because I can not access PT website. The page ask me to "Request whitelisting". I don't know what it mean, so I don't fill the form.

I'm a registered user of PT3.

sangalla - You should be able to log in if you click the "Sign In" link in the top right corner (rather than using "Sign In Again", or from a direct link to a particular page) but if you have problems with that too try clearing your browser cookies related to PokerTracker.com. The sign-in issues generated when the website was updated should all be fixed now.

Hey, I've got PT 3.10 working fine.

If I install the beta will the update be seamless?
12-17-2011 , 07:11 PM
Yes it will - just run the installer with PT3 closed and you won't have any problems. The next time you start PT3 it'll be using the newest version.

Are you guys going to support Bovada?
12-18-2011 , 05:08 PM
That really depends on whether their terms allow trackers, and whether their software gives us the information we need. If they continue to use the Bodog software as it is now then it will not be possible.
TT may have more information about the situation, but if they allow trackers and have software which writes hand histories (or if they revert the anonymous tables) then it's likely we'll support them.

Hi,

I am new to PT3 and am wandering if it is possible to see how many times you have made a flush on the turn and river after flopping a flush draw. Is there a report for that?

Thanks

I can confirm that both PokerTracker and our competitors will not support Bodog/Bovada as of the 4.x client change which took place in November.

The quickest way to look for things like that is to use the filters window - click Filters in the top right corner.
It is possible to build as a custom stat and if that is something you'd be interested in please start a new thread in the forums on the PokerTracker website and we'll be able to help you more directly.

is there a way to limit the number of hands the database stores for players? Some of my players have tens of thousands of hands and I am really only interested in the last few thousand and I think the rest are bogging down my database. How can I purge these un-needed hands from my database?
