Set the Player Ranges options on the Configure --> Configure HUD --> Hud Options tab. For each range, you'll only see data from within that range when there's that many players at the table. So a range of 3 to 4 will see data from 3 and 4 handed play when 3 or 4 handed, for example. Please note you cannot have overlapping ranges.

Hi, tracker/hud starts lagging(tables redrawing gets screwed up) when I get up to about 8 tables.

Stacked at stars.
Tried using latest beta and previous version.
I tried purging a bunch of hands and ran all house keeping and no improvement.
Running XP, Stars, Ninja, PT.

As soon as it starts to screw up I close PT and tables redraw again fine. I enabled logging, deleted old logs and recreated screw up. The new pokertracker.log is about 1.8Mg.

What to do?

I'm trying Poker Tracker 3 trial out now that I'm playing on True Poker.

True Poker has had some issues with their RB payments and I believe Poker Tracker 3 is figuring the Rake/MGR based on the old Dealt method that the Yatahay Network used previously.

How can I create a custom stat on the Rake that I payed so I can figure my RB on True Poker's new Weighted Contributed method of RB?

As previously stated, I'm currently on the trial version if that affects the ability to create custom stats???

Any plans to have PT change the Rake calculation method on True Poker? Also, I believe it MAY figure in the Bad Beat Jackpot money into Rake figures??????

There's a weighted contributed rake stat in the Get More section of the PT webpage - the stat "Full Tilt Post 10/1 Rakeback" stat (uploaded by me) will do that - you can edit the stat then as necessary to get the exact rakeback you want for True Poker.

Ok, so I downloaded the custom stat, do you know where there are instructions on how to use it? I imported it but do not see anything different?

Is it available on Trial versions? If so, can you point me to where I can read instructions on how to use custom stats. I would also like to know how to edit it if possible for different RB %'s.

I think the issue is that it's not available to do in trial version, which is a shame. Really want to see all the features before I make a decision since I already have HEM. Anybody know if this is in fact the case?

I'm trying to configure PT3 for True Poker (Yatahay). PT3 is saying "Yatahay network does not appear to be installed". I have the HH directories pointed to the correct location and HH's seem to be saving correctly. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

If the hands are importing then you can ignore that message - it just means that the hand history folder wasn't detected.
If the hands aren't importing please follow the Yatahay Network Guide in the Documentation on the PokerTracker website, which explains how to set the hand history folder - on the Auto Import > Yatahay Network Configuration click the Auto Detect button or you can set the folder manually by clicking Add.

i have a problem with my sitgo results and graphs, they are so wrong and messed up. i have registered version.
month ago when i played full tilt, no problems. now at stars, everything is messed up and the result numbers are just so wrong.

They aren't importing. Also the auto detect button finds nothing. I pressed add, and set it up manually, but nothing imports.

When is the next release scheduled for?

For some reason PT3 isn't popping up with the HUD on Lock Poker (Merge)

Also, it isn't recording the games as part of a session.

You should get a reply within 24 hours at the latest - normally it's faster than that, but it depends on the time of day you submitted it to some extent.
If you didn't get an email please check your junk folders and have a look in "My Tickets" (in the sidebar on the left) when you are logged into the PokerTracker forum.

Just started playing rebuys on Pokerstars, only two so far. The first one shows the total buy in as $3.50 but I did one single rebuy and the add on so the total should be $9.88. The second one shows a total buy in of $9.88 but I did the initial rebuy and then a double rebuy and then the add on so the total should be $16.26. It would appear that the initial single rebuy and the add on is getting missed but the double rebuy is included. Do I have to manually import the extra somehow? Simple answer please, I'm not good with these things

We do our best to detect rebuys whenever possible but if you rebuy before the first hand takes place we won't be able to detect it. You can edit your rebuy amount manually via the Tournaments --> Enter Holdem (or Omaha) Results window for now, and in the future if you wait until after the first hand has started to make that first rebuy it should be detected properly.

Ok thanks, what about the add on, does that always have to be added manually?

We try to detect it if we can - if we don't you can always add it, but if we don't please do send us the hand history for the tournament via our support system so that we can improve our detection process.

I have a question about the Turn c-bet stat.

Is it still considered a c-bet on the Turn if villain didnt bet the flop?

(I thought the stat told me how many times villain bet Turn if also bet Flop)

Turn cbet is only possible when he also had cbeted on the flop

I dont know if this is the correct place for this, if not, just tell me where i should post this issue.

Poker Tracker 3 was working OK earlier today, but the next time i try to use it it didnt work, the message that appears is:

"Unable to begin feeder import process. Reason: Unable to login to database (PT3_2011_03_21_230739). Reason: could not connect to server: Connection refused (0x0000274D/10061) Is the server running on host "localhost" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432? "

This is shown on the "import" window, i tried to uninstall and then reinstall postgre, but that didnt change anything-

That suggests that PT3 can't connect to the PostgreSQL service. One thing which can cause that is an overzealous firewall - please have a look at the Firewall Guide in the Documentation on the PokerTracker website.
