Really don't understand your response. So PT3 considers a pfr and call, then a non cbet and bet by opponent a float for the opponent? This is very strange if that is the case and definitely skews the true float stat.

Yes - if you call behind preflop and then bet when checked to on the flop that is a "float flop". Similarly if you call behind on the flop and bet when checked to that is a "float turn".
Calls are recorded separately.

Having problems with version 3.10 - basically the hud in the hand replayer isn't working. Sometimes it works, but it takes a very long time to load.

Other times it just hangs...and hangs...and hangs... until it gives me this message :



Either way it renders hand analysis pretty much useless

Before you say it, I've just ran full housekeeping because of this problem, also windows regularly defragments my drives. I tried the "enhance hud performance" setting too, same thing...

Could you please restart PT3 with the Logging Enabled link on your Start menu, reproduce and report this problem so that we can investigate further for you?

Why do my Full Tilt Tables not refresh above any other open program while the PT HUD is being displayed? I like to read the internet while playing and I can't do so with auto import + HUD on.

PT3 does all it can to avoid changing behaviour like this, but I'm seeing the same thing and I will report to the development team to see if it can be fixed.
Please create a Support ticket about the issue and we'll link it to our system so that you get a notification when the fix is released.

there are a couple of things i don't understand of my pokertracker! i play sng's HU. and i see om my tracker i have played 1 january year 2101:s even if the year is only wrong, i certainly did not played the first of january. The strange thing is also that total buy in is 0 and i've won money so it is just impossible. What could be wrong?

I got this pokertracker 60 day trial 3.10 v and for some reason my HUD thingy or whatever u call it when you see peoples stats how many hands they played (ingame on stars doesnt always work) sometimes it comes sometimes not then also when a 5 minute break comes it dissapears and because of this my profit shows like -77$ meaning all the games i've played I havent cashed in any game which is fare from true DDD, any help ty?

It sounds like some tournament you imported did not import properly. You can remove it from the database by following this tutorial. If you can figure out which tournament it was, though, and send us the original hand histories via the support system, we'll look into what caused the date error and see what we can do to get it fixed for future releases.

Are your hands always importing? If so, please see the HUD FAQ for a list of common reasons why the HUD may not display.

Regarding your results, please see the Tournaments FAQ which explains how to get your tournament results into PokerTracker.

Is there a way to add EV stats to reports?

Not at this point in time.

Only to reports showing individual hands, currently.

I'm bran new to PT3 and had a few noob questions. So here they go:

1) Can I make it so that different stats pop up for preflop, flop, turn, and river?

2) How do I create filters for SNG's so that so that peoples stats are only reflecting certain stages of the tourny, such as full ring, 6 handed, bubble play, heads up.

3) What exactly is aggression frequency or w/e that stat is (AFq), like what exactly is it telling me about the person?

1) Do you mean automatically, as a hand progresses? That isn't possible - PT3 doesn't know about the progress of the hand, and updating stats several times per hand like that would cause a big load on your computer anyway.
If you mean different popups for each street then the default layout already has those. If you want to jump straight to each one when you click on a particular stat then you'll need to split those stats into separate Groups and link the popups appropriately. See the Tutorial: Managing HUD Groups for more information.

2) If you mean in the HUD, this isn't currently possible without building custom stats for each phase/stat combination.

3) You can see how all stats are defined in the Statistical Reference Guide. Aggression Frequency is a measure of how often the player makes aggressive actions as opposed to passive actions, but I don't use that stat personally so I can't give you any specific examples (other than that higher numbers are more aggressive players, post-flop).

Why are my personal stats restarting starting back at 1 hand in the hands played stat everytime I open a new SNG?

This is intended behavior so that you can see how others think of you while you are playing at that tournament - if the players there are new, they don't have access to any past data on you, so seeing your lifetime stats would not help you adjust to the current situation.

If you want to see your lifetime statistics, you can see them on your General tab in the main PT3 window.

quick question. In a violent rage I uninstalled PT3 on my PC. This was the second computer I downloaded it to. Am I able to reinstall the software and if so will I still have access to all the hands I've played?

is there any way i can have all my stats in like a box format instead of having them all straight across the screen

Yes - uninstalling doesn't use up a license, it frees it up again. You could reinstall on the same computer or another one and still use the same code.
You can access your code via My Account > Registration Codes in the Side Navigation bar.
As long as you didn't uninstall and delete PostgreSQL as well then your databases will still be intact. If you only had the default database then PT3 will reconnect automatically. Otherwise you may need to manually reconnect using Database > Database Management > New > Browse to Existing Database.


Yes - use the Special Stat "New Line" to start a new row.

Was wondering if someone could set mine up for like 5 bucks so it IMPORTS the hands everytime a new MTT/SNG takes place and also shows a true graph which shows losses and wins, thanks alot! I don't know if this is allowed to ask in this forum but I get guess I'll so find out

Since I updated a few days ago, PT3 has been unusable. Never in the past has it been slow or laggy, but now it is terrible. Any cures for this?

i can't open any tables inside of table tracker. Don't even have an open table button...help?

Is your cache at 100%? (The cache status bar is at the bottom left of PT3.) Did you run any housekeeping after updating? What version did you update from?

What version of PT3 are you running? If it's not 3.10, please upgrade. Also, could you submit a screenshot of PT3 without that button to a support ticket? That button should be there even if it's not enabled for a given site.

I am using 3.10. I sent a question to support last night and still no word..it is sunday i guess. Now I sent a screen shot too. I've never used table tracker before so maybe I just don't understand how it works? Open table button is supposed to be next to Launch site button right?
