On the Import tab click OnGame on the left, then OnGame Configuration on the right. The "HUD Always On Top" checkbox is what you want to change if you want to change htis behavior.

This is correct but it is something we plan on addressing in the not too distant future.

Have 3.07.5 on MAC running snow lepoard. Can't get HUD to work on Rush. Tells me in the config setup that 'FTP does not appear to be installed' and auto-detect doesn't detect FTP.

The HUD does not work on Rush tables on Mac because MacOS security prevents applications interacting in the way that PT3 needs to to show the Rush HUD.

Thx for help But when im disabling this option - OnGame client crashes. Nice "fix".

You aren't supposed to disable that option unless you have specific reason to. The always on top fix PREVENTS the OnGame crashes, at the expense of having your stats appear on top of every window. We added the ability to disable it for those who have another way to prevent the crashes.

This is an issue with the OnGame software. Either we don't attach to the window creating the "always on top" result, or we do, and it crashes. There is nothing more we can do.

So that's it? No RUSH HUD with a MAC? or is this going to be fixed in later version.

Or is there any way to make it work.

The Rush HUD does not work on the Mac operating system at this point in time. While there are plans to add it eventually, I do not know at what point it will be implemented.

If you already have PostgreSQL installed for other software, you can use the existing installation. Otherwise, you should download and install it manually; the uninstall/reinstall guides on our documentation page will walk you through it (just ignore the uninstall bits).

I've been using the PT3 trial for about 30 days now..everything has been going well (cash, mtts, sngs) however. I started playing DoNs as of 4 days ago, and for some reason PT3(beta) just can't seem to track it correctly? It misses alot of my DoN games, and not only that- it also incorrectly records losses and wins.

from SharkScope, I should have 547 games played, it shows only 420 only PT3. I should have a profit of $206, it shows I have a LOSS of -$364..I don't know whats going on!!!

Is there a way to have the notes automatically displayed, just like the stats field, for all players at all times and for Rush? I stack 4tables and find I don't have time to move my hand from the keyboard to the mouse.

Please read the Tournaments FAQ - if your results are not detected correctly using v3.07.9 then please attach a few examples hand history files to a Support ticket.

I just noticed today that if you get busted from a MTT and the table closes, it does not write the Tourney Summery...

how can you get it to save?

A couple of times I cashed today and it was rite when a table closed and it does not show in my history...

fix? what to do?

I manually downloaded postregsql and when I get to the part of the installation when it asks for name and password i put in dbpass on both parts but it keep stating those are invalid. Is there a new password that I need to input? Thanks

Assuming this is for PokerStars, you can get it to save by clicking Options --> Tournament Summary Options and checking the "Save My Tournament Summaries" box. You'll want to put them in the same directory as your Hand History files though, otherwise PT3 won't be able to find them (though you could run a manual import on that directory if you wanted, I suppose).

Try svcPASS83 and see if that helps. If not, you should take a look at our uninstall/reinstall guide on our documentation page which will walk you through every step in getting things working for you.

I guess I am an idiot but I finally got the postgres sql to install (I had to use postgres as the password because of the other two on their worked) but now it won't connect when the configure server window comes up. Any suggestions

I noticed this with any tournament I bust where the the table is closed rite away, it does not save my finish position?

It's not possible to display that value in that statistics section at this point in time. It is currently only available on the graph.

Its rare I finish on the Final Table Bubble (10th), so I was able to see that one... thought after installing this update, I finished another 10th and it did save that one... Ill keep an eye out for if it happens again... in the mean time... just the one 10th place finish from just now shows... no biggie...

But looking back at my finish places, I see a lot of "0" finishes... I assume those are from when tables got closed when I busted?

PokerStars only recently started including the finish positions in the hand history files, so any tournaments from before then won't have results. We've seen reports that finish positions aren't always written either, so you could have a few examples of that too.

For the new tournament summary files, make sure you don't close the table window until the final hand completes. If you're seeing times when the summary file is not written, or your results are not included then please report that to PokerStars support.
If you have examples of files where results are included but PT3 doesn't import them then please attach the HH and summary files to a Support ticket so that we can investigate.

well, I cant find the tournament summary file, I am looking at some online tracking programs and I can find the 10th place finish, but they dont list the tourney number or anything so it doesnt really help, but I found the tournaments with similar players that started about that time (2.20 / 180's so I play a lot of them)...

its really not a big deal, since the other 10th place I got today shows I guess this was some kind of fluke. Although I do wonder if any others are missing from other cashes, but usually when I cash I hit a refresh to see the little line move, it just makes my day

thank you for your attention to this though, If I notice it happen again, ill try to grab the tourney number or remember the hand. though my TN closes tables after 2.5 seconds. (and I stack).

It could be that TN is closing the tables before the information is written - is it possible to configure that delay?
