I think an awesome feature to work on would be for HUD stats to auto-show up in the "Formatted Hand". Copying and pasting HH's is easy and great, but including HUD stats makes it a chore because you have to open the replayer, wait for the HUD to pop up and then write them out for each relevant player. Automating this would be really sweet. I'm thinking maybe something next to stack sizes. Even if it's not a full HUD layout (I imagine the variability between HUD's might be a PITA to do), but even the basics would be nice. (IMO, hands/VPIP/PFR/3bet/AF(q)/WTSD/W$SD).

We've seen a few people with this issue but we've been unable to pin down the root cause behind it. Try downloading PostgreSQL manually from this link, then follow the reinstall guide on our documentation page to get through the installer.

Someone else also suggested this today on the PT3 forums; I'll be making sure the development team is aware of the suggestion.

I have been having huge problems for the past month with poker tracker freezing on my mac. Usually after 30mins + of play or 10+ tables running pokertracker will freeze my computer for upto 1 minute. I have reinstalled operating system, wiped hard drive to try and find source of freezing and it all narrows down to poker tracker. i have a macbook pro 2009 and using pokertracker most recent beta. Anyone else having this problem? how is it solved?

We haven't been receiving reports of these kinds of problems. If you could please follow this tutorial to report the issue we will gladly investigate further for you.

Hey i tried the manual link it stops at around 19% also tried the link from PT3 stops at 8% i really dont understand the problem ive been on google most the day and still no cure.
my computer is freshly formatted appears that it has all the window files and netframeworks installed and working.

Yes that is the 1st thing i tried used IE8 first then firefox both get to around 18%
im removing service pack 3 as it has security updates which maybe causing the problem. no luck so far tho. clueless

1.)I've played a session today cca 750 hands and my C disk was full so PStars didn't save it to C disk and PT3 did not import them. I've sent an email to PS and they sent me those 750 hands but when I try to import them in PT3 it only imports 450 hands and it says I have 300 duplicates which I don't have beacuse I didn't import anything. So where Is the problem?

2.) Is it somehow possible to see certain stats for sessions like VPIP, PFR etc., I know it's possible in HEM, but I just can't find it in PT3? ty

Hello, i recently got poker tracker 3 to try out on my laptop (as i usually use hold-em-manager). Whilst it is working fine in most area's the H.U.D is showing a lot of additional information which i do not wish to see-it is covering up the majority of the screen!! Does anyone know how to get it off????????

(1) Your computer must have written the first 300 hands to disk before your C drive finished filling - if PT3 says they are duplicates, it means those hands have already been imported previously, so you should have all 750 hands now.

(2) If you go to the Sessions tab you can double click a session to filter to it. Then if you go to the General tab you can see your stats for the filtered hands in the bottom report (Player Statistics). You can add any HUD stat you want to that report by clicking and using the "Configure This Report" icon at the top right of that report - it looks like a little wrench.

It sounds like you may have configured the popups to display on table for everyone. Please see the Tutorial: Managing Hud Groups for an explanation on how to configure your HUD groups - you want to set the groups back to for popup use only and relink them. If you want to go back to the complete default though you can just click Options --> Replace Current Profile With Default in the Configure --> Configure HUD window and PT3 will return everything to the default configuration.

well I also thought so but that session says 450 hands and 300 hands are missing... and I also played another session later on and PT didin't import anything, I've checked the paths of HH and everything looks fine.

On the import tab there was: "Hand observed but not imported" for every hand I played in that session.

Did you import the hands they sent you via the Import From File button on the Manual Import tab?

Ok so I really don't understand this. I've done complete housekeeping. Cleaned my C disk sent a request to PS to send me all hands from 10.11.2010. they have sent me a file named Hands.txt which contains 1930 hands. I went to tab Manual Import and then Import From File and selected Hands.txt. When import was completed there was something like 800 hands in my DB and nothing else I've played before so I restarted PT3 and now is everything like before BUT thos 800 imported hands are missing. Am I doing it wrong or what?!?!?!

PT3 version is: v3.07.1 beta - microstakes edition, all hands were played on 5NL, 3.30$ tourney, 0.55$ rebuy turney and some freeroll so it's not a limit issue

And when I press "Import from files" Import status says: "Warning: Play money hands are not supported. (Line #22065)" - there are like 50 of those messages, and at the end Import complete. 0 hands in 1 file were imported. (0 errors, 1,851 duplicates).

Ok I found a problem but I haven't find a way to fix it:

On the list of players on the left there is my SN written twice. When I click on first I get all the hands I've played before and on the second is only the 800 hands which are missing... How to merge that into one?

Follow the steps on the Tutorial: Aliases and that should work.

Finally everything is ok. But I really don't know what caused that my SN duplicated, hope it won't happen again.

Once you start auto importing and your hands are importing the HUD will start automatically and attach to your tables. You may also want to take a look at the HUD FAQ.

Hi,

I'm trying to set up poker tracker on a Mac. I play on the Merge network. When I try to set up the hand history folder it won't let me get to the section where the hand histories are stored. If I'm in the finder I just right click on the poker software icon and then I can get to the folders. But when I am in poker tracker and trying to direct it to the folder, it just shows the poker software icon but won't let me get to the folder area of it.

I hope this makes sense, it is kind of hard to describe without being able to visually show you! Any help is much appreciated!
