So I created a new database and the problem went away but how do i get all my old hand histories onto my new database?

Do a Manual Import of the PokerTracker 3\Processed folder (that's where the hand histories are moved to by default - if you have them somewhere else then import from the appropriate folder.)
When you import, do NOT enable the Update Cache option on the Manual Import tab - instead use Rebuild Cache in Database > Housekeeping; that will be much faster.

@jediandimaster: If you want multitabling to be taken into account (ie- $/real hr not $/table hr) you want Tournaments by Time.

@boris: Configure the iPoker Configuration tab to point to whatever directory your skin is saving your hands to and then it should work properly.

#1 - there are some rakeback stats available to download from the "Get More" section. If there isn't one for your site then we can probably build one, as long as you know how it is calculated. Please post in the custom stats forum on the main PokerTracker 3 Forum if you need help with this.

#2 - Yes. You can use your code on two computers [that you own and operate] at the same time.

This doesn't seem to be working with the latest version of Bodog.

While I was setting up my PTR, I moved some old HH's that were already in the data base to a different folder... This happened to be while I was playing... I ended up cashing in a tourney during this time decently and want it to show in my graphy thingamagigies.... when I search my hard drive for the tournament ID nothing comes up... I got the hand history request from the FTP thingie but that does not give the result of the trouney...

No - the Bodog update has broken all handgrabbers. I haven't heard back from our development team yet about whether it will be possible to fix this.

It sounds like you don't have the Full Tilt tournament summary file? In that case there is nothing for PT3 to import. You may be able to request the summary from Full Tilt support, though.

can u run the hud on some tables and turn it off on others? i play hu and dont want to run the hu on some 9 handed tourny because it takes up too much space

The Mac layout is the same as for Windows - click the Cash Games tab and then the Sessions tab in the row below.


No, that isn't possible. You could set up a new Profile which doesn't show any stats, though. Create a new Profile and delete the Groups, then at the table where you don't want to see stats click PT-icon > Change Profile. If you always want to use the empty profile at a certain table type set the Profile and then PT-icon > Change Profile > Use current profile as default for table type.

Hey whiterider, how long you think it will be before before development gets back to ya? I deposited $20 bucks on bodog and two weeks later I'm at $200. So I'm obv bummed about my HUD not working. If it's gonna be a while for the fix I'm gonna cash out and put it on stars or tilt. I've never been a winner at stars or tilt cash games but I never really started with a big enough bankroll, which is suicide on those sites.

It would be a big help to get an idea what the HUD's up against at bodog. Hopefully the development team can give us an idea.

I don't know for sure, sorry - I would expect to hear sometime today whether a fix is possible or not, but the developer who wrote the handgrabber isn't online yet.

It does look like we can fix the Bodog hand grabber and we are currently working on a fix. Hopefully we can get a new beta release out by the end of the week, although it's entirely possible complications will cause it to be pushed back to next week.

Thanks guys, wow, fast response, thx. I've been needing to update my PT3 3.06.2 anyways, I guess this will MAKE me do it, lol. No but seriously thx for the super quick response. So looks like I'm gonna leave the money in there and move up to 10unl soon which is what I wanted to do.

Ill check back at the end of the week, i just need to make sure I do the update correctly. Hopefully the bodog fix will be easy to find at the PT3 forums. OK, I'm out thanks a lot.

Anyone else having a problem with a significant lag when playing multiple tables? If I'm playing about 10+ tables on any site, then everything lags way behind and I have to close PT3 to get things back to normal. Less than 10 tables, and everything works fine. PT3's tech support has not been able to resolve the issue.
Could it be my computer? I just added 2MB more RAM (4MB total)...but that didn't help. There is plenty of free space. I also just defragged. I thought it may be my antivirus (Macafee) getting in the way, I turned that off while playing, but that didn't help. I'm virus and malware free. I really wish to play more than 10 tables with PT3 running, but I'm getting hopeless.

I want to transfer my Poker Tracker 3 to a new computer.... but I want to forget about my old databases, HH's, everything, etc on my original computer and sync up my new information (from a different username) from my new computer which I am transfering PT3 onto.

How would I go about this?

HUD not working on BODOG tables, have the latest update of PT3 and the hud is working on stars tables i have running concurrently.
