Why aren't the rebuys and addons correctly loaded? I always request the tournament summary per mail and upload everything into pokertracker but I always have to adjust rebuys and addons manually...do I make something wrong or doesn't it work at all?

Times should be adjusted to your local time - please attach an example hand history file to a Support ticket and tell us what timezone you are in and your local time when you played the session; also whether you have daylight savings, and anything else you think relevant.

Rebuys and addons are not included in the HH for all sites. The Beta 3.07.x line should be importing them where possible, so if you have some example hand history files or summaries which include information which isn't imported please attach them to a Support ticket so that we can sort this out.

I'd like to add some simple win % stats to my HUD. I see that there are 8 separate functions for WWoSD. Is there a way I can get a combined total? I'm looking to do something simple:

Ex:

# 100 Hands Played
# 20 Hands Won Without Showdown
# 10 Hands Won WITH Showdown
# 70 Hands Lost

(percent or actual # is fine). I don't mind putting in a custom formula but I'm not a whiz with PT3.

That should only appear when your mouse is hovering over the icon highlighted in blue - moving your mouse should remove the popup.

Why do you need the mouse to be there? If you want to make it easy to switch between hands, use the keyboard - ctrl + left goes back a hand, ctrl+right goes forward a hand, and left/right go forward and back within the hand you're currently in. Then you can put the mouse wherever you'd like.

Im currently transfering some hands from my pc to laptop, its importing at a ridiculous 20h/s in the past it has been well over 100h/s on the same machine.

is there anyway to get it back over 100h/s?

Stupid noob question; is it because i havnt kept up with the housekeeping? cache status is currently at 50% but everytime i try to update i give up because nothing appears to have happend (after well over 24hrs)

If you haven't run vacuum/analyze regularly that could contribute to slowdowns.

Either way you definitely want the cache at 100%. With it already down to 50% you'll be better off running Rebuild Cache - it'll be faster to rebuilt it from scratch than update what you already have.

Hi, i just have a question about aiev. My pt3 and hem aiev are significatly different, and today i noticed a huge error in my pt3 aiev. Does the pt3 aiev make errors when calculating something, or could this be something with my computer?

Any information you could give me about his would be greatly appreciated. thanks

By the way, i found the hand where it made an error. I had a 90 dollar stack and i got it all in with 4 people. I had kk and had a 38% chance to win when i got it in (preflop). The pot was 323 and my aiev line should have gone up 122 but instead went down ~520.

my pt3 doesnt update like it used to when i was running trial..it will after the first hand im in..but then if someone new joins the table i get no stats on them after a hand..and stats don't update unless i stop import then start import again...

Hi I have started to multitable more tables lately, I and when I am playing 20 tables, with PT3, Hud, Table ninja it gets pretty laggy. I tried housekeeping my database, I ddint see much diffrence, what else could I do to speed things up. I think I could get up to 24-30 tables if I cut down the lag. Thanks !

Are you certain you don't have a filter enabled which would filter those pots out? Try clicking Clear and see if those hands appear. If they don't, if you could attach a hand history file with some hands that didn't appear to import to a support ticket we'll investigate further for you.

kk, def no filter in it, had been suspect recently, so been chexkin my balance start and after sessions and its def missing hands

will send any data tomorrow

Please take a look at the Performance Tuning: PostgreSQL. PostgreSQL is the biggest drain on resources, and the defaults are very, very conservative.

Problem with all this is that my computer is setup in french. Is there anything you can do ? Thanks !

The settings will be translated but should still be there. Unfortunately I do not speak French so I cannot tell you what they are called exactly. Google Translate may be useful for you though.
