That definitely shouldn't happen and I tested and don't see that behavior myself. Please restart PT3 with logging enabled and report this problem and we'll look into what could be causing this for you.

WSDWRT is the turn one and WSDWRR is the river one. You could create a flop one fairly easily by duplicating and editing the appropriate columns.

Bet when checked to when your opponent could have cbet the street in question is Float (and all three should be in there, flop, turn & river).

Just DL'ed the most recent beta and the Rush HUD for cash games on FTP just does not pop up. PT3 imports all of my new hands played, but the HUD will not appear. I've X'ed out and reopened FTP and done the same with PT3 and that has not fixed it. I've stopped the HUD while PT3 is running and restarted and that has not made it appear either.

Make sure that the 'Enable Rush HUD' option is ticked in Auto Import > Full Tilt Configuration.

After several days PT finally opened. My guess is that some Windows or other update had to be done to make it work. What it was - I have no clue.

I'm having trouble configuring my HUD for tournaments. I built a profile separate from the default, and would like that to now be default (in reality i just copied by cash profile into a new tournament profile, if there is an easier way to simply overwrite the tournament profile with my cash profile, i would do that)

At the bottom of this link there is a picture with 6 options once you click the PT icon. One of these options is "change profile". This option does not appear when i click my PT3 button, so i'm not sure how i'm supposed to switch my profiles

Once you have more than one profile, that option will appear. In the HUD Configuration window click Options --> Duplicate Profile and duplicate your cash profile into a new Tournament profile. Then you'll be able to select it while playing and set it as default for that table type.

Hey there, not a huge wiz at PT3, but this is the 2nd time ive had this bug now. A person sits down at my table, and PT3 just locks my computer and makes it horrificly slow, using over 1m K memory.
I think the reason why, is each time it's when a person sits down at my table with a bunch of symbols or weird letters, that PT3 may not compute. I took a picture to show what happened this time....

edit: just to point out, the player's said name shows up when i hover over the black "emptiness"

It's as if a HUD is trying to load for it, but wraps over the entire table, and causes me to not play the table until I turn off the HUD. Any idea why, or if there's something I can do to fix it? It's not like it's a big problem, but it's the 2nd time now and definitely causes me to miss some hands lol

In case you need it, use Windows 7, newest Beta of PT3 but had same problem on a previous one.

One cause of that problem is fixed in v3.07.3 Beta, but it seems like you have a player name starting with { and that issue is not yet fixed, but our development team are aware of it.

Sorry - that wasn't the intention.. It seems like this option is disabled by default in 3.07.3.

I downloaded the trial version of PT3 for Mac (I run Snow Leopard on a unibody Macbook) and whenever I try and grab hand histories while I'm playing, PT3 immediately freezes up a crashes. I play on Stars, FWIW. Any help would be appreciated!

I have Mac and snow leopard. I play on stars. I have everything updated.
The HUD is crashing and when I look at the system it says that its like 8+ postgres opened. The hud is always crashing even while the PT3 is working. What can I do?

What version of PT3 do you have? If it's 3.07.3, please re-download and install it as a problem in the initial release was fixed and it was re-uploaded.
There is no need to update if you have 3.07.2 or 3.06.2.

Please read the Tutorial: Preventing Duplicates (this was written for Windows but the same applies). If there are a lot of hand history files you need to do a Manual Import first and move the files before using auto import.

Other than that, please report your problem so that we can see what is going on for you.

ugh, come on guys, you know the newest beta is causing all kinds of hud problems on macs, can't you stick a note on the download page to let mac users know?

i understand that it's a beta and that problems like this are common in beta versions of software, but i'm using a mac and it just drove me insane during my session as i desperately opened and closed the program trying to fix the problem while 4tabling; tilted the crap out of me before i finally did a bit of googling and found that you guys are well aware of the problem and are working on it.

why not just stick a note on the download page to let mac users know that they should wait to update the software? i'm pretty upset and i don't understand.

A new version of 3.07.3 has now been uploaded so try rebooting and then re-downloading and installing and it should fix it.
If not, please send us your log files so that we can investigate further.

i am on a mac and currently have this version:PokerTracker v3. 06.2

but for some reason i cant update to 3. 07.3

i can download it and install it and it say "succesfull installed" but i still have the old version:/ whats my mistake?

I just bought PT3 because it has custom stats. Gotta say I love the program so far but I've been stumped trying to make what should be a simple custom stat.

How do I write a stat "Won at showdown when bet river" ?

I've copied the exact code for Won at showdown when raise river, replaced 'raise' with 'bet' and it says invalid. You have a stat 'Won at showdown when bet or raise river', again i remove the raise portion and it doesn't work.

I've tried many variations but everything just gives me an error message.

Does PT work with the Stars hyper turbo SNG sattelites, including all-in EV?

About 24 hours after the first version I think - I'm not sure exactly.


Make sure you have ejected any previous installers as that can mess things up.
Try rebooting before you run the installer - if something is still running then the files can't be updated correctly.

EV functionality is restricted to all-in hands at the moment, but the tournaments should work fine - are you having problems?

Any chance you guys will release a version that doesn't crash 4 to 5 times a week? My computer is brand new and built to the gills; and everybody I know has crashing problems. Happens frequently when double clicking hands to open the replayer, or trying to display graphs.

Please report your problem so that we can investigate. Other than an issue in the latest Mac Beta version nearly all of the common crash issues are fixed now, and we'd really like to get rid of them all but we need log files to track down the rare cases.
