The PokerTracker website is working fine for me, and other users have been posting in the forums too - can you try another browser maybe?

The equity stats can't be added to the HUD as HUD stats are based on all of a player's previous hands, not just the last.
The request for EV in the hand history viewer is on the list for consideration by the development team.
The EV stats are not just preflop, and you can add them to any report showing individual hands in the main PT3 application.

You can also see your equity at any point in any hand in the Replayer.

I've tried Opera and IE, neither works.

Both of those are working fine for me, so you must have a local issue. Try clearing your history and/or PokerTracker cookies.

i just downloaded v3.07.02 for mac and when i start the HUD, i cant move the stats around. basically, my hud is "stuck" on the table, but the stats seem to update. anyone know what i can do to fix this?

To move the stats around you can use any secondary click and drag - a right-click and drag, or double-tap drag, etc.

im trying to do this and not getting any response. ill right click and drag but the stats wont move.

Try using a two finger click or option click. Alternately, enable the secondary click via the System Preferences -> Mouse section and it'll show you where to click; it should be working.

mircogaming uploading is upto its tricks again, i have to empty the folder, even tho i have it set to delete every 2 days, then it starts to work, and the hud etc works, then booommm, it stops working, and stops auto importing, then i have to delete and housekeep, alot of work for a hud....

what else can it be?

Have you tried using the "Clear Databases Now" button on the Microgaming Configuration tab? Once you've imported all of the hands that should fix that sort of thing for you.

Hello. I got a question.

On MicroGaming/Prima all the tables are in € but my account is in $.

According to PT3 the tables are $1/$2 or $2/$4 although it should be €.

So, I loaded in all my hands and it said that the rake I have generated is $1000.

According to my skins software I have collected 1000 VIP Points (it was equal to the rake I have paid).

How does PT3 handle that? Does it do ANY conversion or is the $1000 that I have raked actually €1000?

In PT3 3.06.2 no conversion is done and everything is actually just in "currency" - though Euros should have their own limit, the amount won there will all be in Euros.

In 3.07.2 we have multiple currency support and you can configure your global currency via Configure --> Configure Currency to see your winnings converted to the currency of your choice using the exchange rates as they were at the session the money was won (or lost). So in this case your currency played is imported and noted what it is at import time, and then conversions to other currencies are done after the fact in the software (not the database).

ive tried this countless times, it works ok for 10minutes, then the hud stops, and i have to quit al my tables then delete hands, house keep, then 10mins later same thing

Macbook Snow Leopard using 3.07.02 and getting pi..ed off at PT3 crashing trying to auto-import which failed and so tried manually importing.
Problems re since recent update.
Dunno... played a wee bit on Ongame as well as Stars. Such a bad thing to do ??
Thing is I sent 2 emails plus log to support w/out any feedback for a few days...4 at least.

Dumb question: any way to turn off the fractions in the HUD? For instance, I have villain's 3bet at 5% (2/44). I don't want that fraction there - any way to remove this? Thanks in advance.

It shouldn't cause problems that quickly.
Is your cache at 100% in the status bar at the bottom of PT3? If not, run Database > Housekeeping.
Otherwise, please report your problem - your logs should let us see what is going on.

I just downloaded the version 3.07.2 beta, ran housekeeping, and now my EV graph seems to be really screwed up-like I am running laughably above ev over massive sample sizes. Is anyone else having this problem? Example: I was a 2BB/100 winner over 100k hands, ev: 1.5BB/100. Now over that same 100k hand stretch PT3 is showing me as a 1BB/100 winner or less, I can't tell but my ev has been cut in half by 50-67%. Anyone else having this problem?

Which statistics are you using? If they're custom statistics they may need to be edited.

right ive got to the bottom of what is causing poker tracker stop autoimporting hands, during a session, if i hit refresh to see how much im up or down or my stats, it INSTANT stops importing hands??? why is this?

Does PT3 have the following stats:

Won $ at showdown when raised flop.
Won $ at showdown when raised turn.
Won $ at showdown when raised river.

As well as "bet when checked to" stat for each street?

With this beta, we introduce Omaha support for TableTracker. It comes with your existing TableTracker subscription, so there's no additional fee to search for Omaha tables. There are a few limitations at this time. Currently, only PokerStars, Full Tilt, Party, and Cereus are supported. More sites will be coming soon. Also, table opening will not work for Omaha tables. Again, that will be coming soon.

We've also fixed some useful stats. There is now a built-in M stat that is accurate to the last hand played. There are also stats that let you view the most recent winners and pot sizes that you can add to your Table Averages Hud groups. These are under the various Player Statistics groups and are labeled "Table - xyz."

If it says $1000 Rake paid. And the tables are in €. Then it is actually €1000 rake paid? Am I correct?

lol PT3 has the won at showdown when raised the turn and river but not the flop stat, and hem has the stats for flop and turn without the river. Baffling how both programs decided to just include stats for 2 of the 3 streets.
