I just installed PT3 for omaha and am trying to get street by street equity calcs (like HM enables you to click on the pot HH and show what equity you had at each point in the hand)?

Does PT3 have this functionality? And if so, how do I use it?

I just moved from PT2 to PT3, and I love it. However, I have a n00b question: When I mark a hand for review, I can't seem to find it later. How do I go about this? Thanks.

We won't discuss our technique here (for obvious reasons), but it guarantees we will not miss or misread any players at the table and has no silly table size or stat placement requirements. As long as your cache is updated, PT3 should not have any problems at all at Rush.

My problem is that while I'm playing on Stars w/ PT the Stars app will just randomly crash. I have to shut down Stars manually and quickly restart it. I usually play 6-12 tables at a time and it seems to crash more often when I play more tables. My computer is new, 8gbRam, big processor... the problem really seems to be with PT, maybe something to do with updating the hud?HELPME

Currently, there is no Omaha EV available. We plan on expanding the EV functionality in the near future and will offer much more information to you.

Is PT3 generating the crash log? If so, please submit that to our support team.

Also, make sure you are using the latest beta version (currently 30.8).

This is a known problem in Beta 30.8 which is fixed for the next release.
In the meantime you can revert to Beta 30.7 if you like.

Are they included for the price of PokerTracker3 (as advertised) or not?

The HUD in PT3 is fully configurable and is included when you buy PT3.
TableTracker is a subscription service as it requires maintenance of servers on our end.

I'm using PT3 on a Mac. Still trial version. Using it as a HUD with no probs. Useful and helpful.

I'm wondering if someone could help me with one quick are of the software, though. I've done a basic review of the support docs, but didn't see the info on finding specific hands.

What's the fastest way to root out a single hand? I only play on one site. I see the "hands" tab, but it doesn't seem to have a search function, or maybe I'm not using the filters correctly. I see people putting hands up here so often, I'm wondering how they mine through their history so quickly.

Sorry if it's a basic question. My schedule only allows for a couple hours per day to play AND study, and I just haven't had time to dig deep into the manual.

Not sure if this is the right place to put this, but my my PT3 stopped importing hands earlier today. Mid-session the new tables I added did not have their hands imported, nor was the HUD working. Tonight no hands were being imported from any tables. I am receiving this error message: "Unable to begin feeder import process. Reason: Unsupported database type: PokerTracker 3 Database ()."

ptkwe 3, updated toady 3/28 to latest version precisely cause didnt want issue with this product which rarely works. sure enough, no hud now. hands are importing, no hud, what do i do? btw, at least the software closes now. which it didnt for like a month, claimed it was importing stuff and you cannot close during an import, which of course it wasnt. ffs make this product better, do you not test this **** when before you put it out. if i had a dollar for every hour i spent on ptr issues, id have like, thirty dollars. ***.

Yes, we obviously test our software before publicly releasing it, which is why it works great for over 99% of people who use it. It's unfortunate that you are one of the few who have problems, but if you'll work with our support team, we'll work out your problems and get them fixed for you.
