I have a problem with my "marked hands" on PT3.

Can anyone tell me how do i use the replayer on the hands that i marked?

Anybody? I searched the whole internet for this and still can't figure out how.

Hi, I recently just got into tracking software and downloaded the free trial to PT3 today. Since I play at several sites, I think the import can only work 1 database of hand histories from 1 site for the trial version (Please correct me if I'm wrong.) It seems to have automatically taken all my old hands from FT and chose that as the database. However, I currently play on the Cereus Network and would like to use this room as my trial. Is there anyway I can switch the trial database to Cereus and remove FT? Please advise. Thanks.

In the trial you can only have a single database but you can import hands from as many sites as you like into one database.
PT3 can handle very large databases so this isn't a problem.
Your players will be imported separately - each player/site combination is separate.
If you want to link your player names together see the Tutorial: Aliases.

Please see the Documentation.

To avoid your posts being missed I'd suggest posting in the PokerTracker 3 Forum or our Sponsored forum on 2+2.

If you sort a report by the Note column to bring your marked hands to the top then click the Play icon your marked hands will be played one after the other.

I have looked in configure stats for thos set% but cant see that there either.

Stats relating to sets aren't built in by default, but I believe there's a custom report for this available in the repository which should help you out quite a bit.

Hi Thanks for that i imported it but still cant see on my pt anywhere

Go to the reports tab, choose the section the report said it imported into at the top left, and you should be able to choose it from the drop down at the top right (try all four if you're not sure which section it went in; I think it's Holdem Cash Player Statistics but it could be Holdem Cash Hand as well).

Hey guys, I'm trying to import some hand histories from cereus via email import and am having difficulty doing so. It seems while under the housekeeping process, I run into a huge list of errors that starts with:

Unable to prepare query: INSERT INTO holdem_Cache SELECT
holdem_hand_player_statistic.id_player

etc etc....it's pretty long and I cannot copy and paste.

I'm currently just trying to use the trial version and my screen names are different across different sites, is that an issue?

Also, it automatically imported my FT data from awhile back and I don't particularly want them, is there anyway I can just clear all that and start fresh with just Cereus?

Thanks in advance.

Does normal auto or manual importing work?
If you copy&paste the text of the email into notepad and save it will that file import?

No, that doesn't matter at all.
If you want to link your names together see the Tutorial: Aliases.

Your FT stats/data are stored separately from any other site data but if you really want to get rid of it you can 'purge' it - hightlight your own name and select all sessions then purge.

Is there anyway to get around this problem?

I recently almost went bust because I am an undisciplined tiltmonkey and decided to cash out the remnants of my bankroll and redeposit somewhere else to take advantage of a signup bonus and hopefully get a fresh start of sorts at not being such a perpetually breakeven tilty ****er.

Used the last of my partypoints before I did this to buy a little more cash and finally pay for PokerTracker - unfortunately I didn't realise that this makes the program exclusive to PartyPoker.

Did I just waste 500 partypoints or is there some kind of workaround?

I'm guessing the former but thought I'd ask.

Oops guess I should have posted this in the PokerTracker forum. Oh well... mods please move if you think it'd get more responses there...

Did you post this on the PT3 forums too? I replied to a post about an issue like this over there.

I'm guessing you didn't already have a full license for PT3 so you must have been on the trial?
If so, you could revert to using the trial by closing PT3 down and deleting your license file (C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\Data\Config\PokerTracker.lic). When your trial ends you can re-enter your license code to start using it again as a registered user at Party only.

Alternatively you can upgrade to the full version from our Purchase Page - you will pay a discounted price to upgrade from the Party-only version.

Complete newb to PCs here.

I installed the trial version of PT.
To do so I shut off the User Account Control.
Do I have to leave the UAC off forever or can I turn it back on now that I've done the install?

cheers,
mc

You don't have to leave it off as long as you set all your poker software to run as Adminstrator, but you'll find life a lot easier if you do leave it off.
ATTENTION: Windows VISTA users, you must read this...

Anyone know what I can do to solve this error:

2009/08/17 12:59:48: iPoker: Unable to import hand (#1788814510). Reason: Invalid limit ((UK): NL) for hand #1788814510

(20nl 6max) - William Hill
???

Any help very much appreciated.

What version of PT3 are you running? I thought those errors were fixed in Build 5.2, so if you aren't running Build 5.2, please upgrade and that error should go away.

I found the place to import from, it reads the files but it does not import the hands?

Please check the PT3 Importing FAQ.

What site are you playing at?
Are you seeing any errors?
If you're not using Build 5.2, please update as that will probably fix your issue.
