PokerTracker 3 - Page 246 - Poker Software -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

all of them revolve around amount won. PT3 stats I won $1.88 more than I actually have won. I'm assuming this is also affecting BB/100, BB/hour and $/hour.

Anybody have any ideas as to why PT3 is doing this?

Some hands didn't get imported?

Some HH's didn't get written (lag crash, leaving table before hand written) ?

That's the most likely explanation.
You might want to re-request your hand histories for the session in question from your poker site.

If you have any specific hands which import incorrectly please attach the hand history file(s) to a Support ticket and we'll investigate.

Hi again i spoke to you previously about being able to graph the rake, u said this is'nt possible as of yet, i have been told i should be able to add a stat for the rakeback so can see my total winnings with rake i actually got paid on my database somewhere.
Can u tell me how i do this please?

I believe there is at least one rakeback stat in the repository; there's a help link there to show you how to download and install the stats available there. Just search the stats section for 'rakeback'.

1. Download the statistic and save it to the location of your choice. If the file is a zip you will need to uncompress it.
2. In PokerTracker 3, on the file menu select 'Configure' -> 'Configure Stats'.
3. Select the 'Statistics' tab and at the bottom of the window click the 'Import' button.
4. PokerTracker will import the statistic and confirm that it imported successfully.
5. Click 'Apply' to ensure the stat is saved.

Note: You may need to update your database cache for optimum performance.

Hey. I am having a problem with PT importing a ton of duplicates before it starts auto importing my hands. I made sure that I have a different directory (C:\Users\Johnny\AppData\Local\PokerStars\HandHist ory) for saved hands than processed HHs (C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\Processed). I had it run through all 13k of these duplicates, and stop auto import, restarted PT3, and it still finds 13k duplicates. What else can I do?

Pokerstars lets you get your most 200 recent tourney summaries. However I have tourneys that are abt 400 back and i am wondering if there is a way in PT3 to get those summaries from PS kinda like the "auto request" feature that was in PT2. I am hoping im not going to have to manually request these summaries. Thanks!

When you add the stat then update the cache PT3 calculates the values for the stat in the database as needed. You then get whatever value the stat is supposed to calculate when you use it.

When i open a table and the HUD starts, everyone at the table has 0 hands. But i know that i have some hands from different players on the talbes. I can watch and analyze my hands and the hands of other players in PT3. Its like PT3 isnt pasting the data into the HUD.
Im using Pokertracker 3 Build 5.1 and playing on Stars.

Does anyone else have this problem? Please help.

Just got my old desktop back up and running after 2 years, and I'm trying to import my hands from FTP from my session earlier. However, its READING the files, but it always says 0 New Hands were imported. I checked my HH folder location and its all good, idk what to do, any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I asked awhile ago about this and didn't really hear back.

It seems like TT is still including my own stats in the table averages... As I'm awesome (

) it's making it look like all the tables I'm not at are better than the ones I am at and keeps making me want to switch tables.

Please fix it so our own stats are not included in the table averages.

That issue is in our bug list awaiting a fix. I don't know at what point it will be gotten to, but since it's in our bug list, it won't be forgotten.
