Hello,
I had 4 months break from poker. I had Pokersnowie subscription until the mid of November /3.5months left/.
When I tried to analyze my poker session Pokersnowie wouldn't import the hand histories giving an error!
I contacted the support and it took me about a week reporting them everything with screenshots and even played 2 x 200 hands without any software on to collect data for them.
The main reason they mentioned it cannot import was:

As you can see in the file, there are no hole cards in the data for these hands and therefore PokerSnowie has no way of performing any analysis without the hole card data:
If this is directly from Poker Stars then please contact their support and ask them why your hole card data is not being displayed in their hand histories.

Well:
1/ every other poker software HEM3, PT4 and GTO wizzard imported the same hands just fine!
2/ can you actually imagine me contacting pokerstars to tell them that ridiculous thing!

I told them that and instead of fixing it they decided to:

We have processed a refund of USD 47.19 and cancelled the subscription.

Well:
1/ I didn't ask for that
2/ 47.19$ refund for 3.5 months left subscription when the annual PRO plan was 230$ is pretty bad!
3/ It happened at 21 July and till today I didn't receive anything yet!

Well I told them: <What are you people and how are you still in the business?>

Just to let you guys what to expect from Pokersnowie!
