hey, has anyone worked out why the hud doesnt display properly on starlive?

i have players with 3b higher than pfr and players with a pfr higher than their vpip. Until this gets fixed it makes the software kinda useless which is annoying as its a neat bit of kit.

I was told about this observation a few times, but noone could explain how this might happen. Basicly, i just grab hands and convert it. I have no idea at which point something might go wrong. I would gladly fix anything what needs to be fixed.... maybe someone has only a few hands (<20) imported and get the effect.... based on this, a hand by hand analysis would be possible... with 10k hands i'm somewhat lost

Having same problems +

-On PlanetWin stats move around the table from time to time.(on 4 tables the stats are in the right place and on one table they for 2 players. I think it happens when one player joins or sit outs but the other player that keeps playing has the stats messed up )
-a lot of the hands don't show my holdings in replayer and I have 10-30bb stacks.
- table placement doesn't work on this skin. Each time I run the grabber it autoresizes to a certain size and tables overlap if you don't have a 30" monitor and want to play more then 4.
These are mostly bugs that take place on this skin. Hope they are fixed soon. Didn't have them on Place777

1 - usual it's not moving around... but if it does, it's usualy because there is a issue while grabbing the hands. That could be discoved in the grabbed hand history.... and if you play 4 and 6 max and use hem1, you need to use two layouts, one for 4max and one for 6max
2 - that's rather looking like your setup is off. That's more likely when you have a weak machine and play many tables.... to reach very good hh grabbing results, you can use right attached chat and in this case in settings->settings set the interval to 3000ms
3 - on that starlive skin two table sizes are supported, the smallest possible and a somewhat bigger.... if tables are still to small, you can reduce your screen resolution....

so, 3 is not a bug, 1+2 look like setup issues.....

isnt the intervals should be something about up to 400?

i think 400 is never really good, if you use the default chat, it should be ~150 or max 250, with right attached chat it can and should be >3000....

1 - Never had this problem on Palace777 - friend of mine is having the same issue with stats of certain players moving

2 - I play 6 tables and again never had this issue with grabber on Palace777

3 - The problem with the "somewhat bigger " size is that I have 2 24' monitors and that size allows only 4 on each not to overlap and if I want 6 on one monitor the default size makes them overlap .

Palace777 was the perfect child, very handsome.... on the other skins it's a whole different story...

if the "somewhat bigger " size is to big, use the smallest size....

any news/update? i mean it makes no sense, if its a screengrab is there some miscalculation in the conversion equation or something?

PokerPlaner doesn't calculate any stats, it just converts (and in some cases grabbs) hands.

Hi noelte, I used the hand grabber for Action/Chico Poker last year, but then we had the unfortunate situation with cashouts and I quit playing in September last year. However, it now looks like the issues are resolved so I am thinking about starting to play there again. I notice they have a good Omaha cash game going now, if I were to purchase Omaha Manager, would your converter work with this?

As i always tell , it's a converter.... Omaha hands get also converted as texas hands do. I do not own Omaha Manager, but i'm sure it's working (if not already used by someone) Only issue might be that the chico handhistory is rather buggy in the first place.

i reviewed that by let pokerplaner grab hands at six 6max tables and using hem 1 and hem 2 HUD at the same time.... a few times, hem2 showed a pfr which was by 1 point greater than the vpip, while hem1 hud never showed a pfr greater than vpip for the same player...

so, i can not see anything wrong with the stats here.... i can only imaging your grabber setup is bad and that might lead to issues i cannot reproduce....

ok cool, you set it up. Can you do so again? I dont mind paying more money.

think you have my skype.... but i'm not sure if we can verify it working after setup, or do you think starting with a new database your issue is showing immediate!?

great product, so frustrating the pfr stats dont work. making a new database soon, we can experiment with that (on new hem and new comp so clean).

@nikinblinds: idea is to try a different tracker and than compare stats

Having the same problem with the PFR stats being higher then the VPIP for some players.
But I use PT4 (newest version), so it doesn't seem tracker related.

i assume, it's starlive!? you need to find a player with a pfr much higher than vpip and with say, not more than 100 hands.... which you need to send me, so i have a chance what's wrong....

release 464 seems to have a bug related to STARLIVE, plz return to 463 in case you experience a error while i'm looking into it....

if you experience issue with Starlive, please drop me a note..... i couldn't reproduce the issue i told about above...

NOTE: you can just reconvert your older starlive hands and import it into a new database and stats should be fixed
