PokerStars.EU froze my account, asking me about PokerHands and a program that has nothing to do with poker (great investigative skills there. PokerHands hasn't even been DOING anything for about a week since I didn't play any cash). I think it would be best if everyone stopped using it, at least while PokerStars is running, until I get cleared.

How nice of them to freeze my account on a Friday. I hope they work weekends.

Tilting. What was the other program, if you don't mind saying? And what was their explanation for inquiring about a program they have whitelisted themselves?

Just another project that happened to be open in Visual Studio.
No explanation, but my copy obviously doesn't match anyone else's let alone the one they originally inspected.

Just installed Ongame (Europoker) and can't get the import or HUD to work.
Everything works just fine on Pokerstars...

Is Ongame still supported?
I know they changed to Java.

i think pokerhands is a great piece of software
and i really enjoy using it at stars.

i just tired pokerhands i like it but i have a problem
in the triple draw replayer, only 4 cards are shown for me and opponent so its not very usable. maybe there is something wrong with my win7 graphics or something cause i have some smaller looking things in the program also like menus etc.
does it work for anyone else?

does pokerhands support any other providers
except for pokerstars at the moment?

FTP is the only other one that isn't known to be broken, so it might still work if/when they come back.

Vempele, i saw that PS are now doing 5CD in the Zoom format. Tried it with pokerhands and it is not importing those hands.

ANy chance you could take a look and see if you can make it work with zoom hands?

It's like they enjoy breaking stuff for the sake of breaking stuff. They removed all references to the button.

I can make it read Zoom hand histories, but HUD is going to be more difficult.

I just tried to get Pokerhands running but I always get the message "PokerHands couldn't connect to a PostgresSQL server using specified information" although I am using PT3 with the same Server/Port/User/Password-information successfully. I use a laptop running Windows7 and Postgres8. I further tried to install Postgres 9.1 on another Windows7-computer where I used the non-default port 5433 but ran into the same problem. Any idea what I did wrong?

As always, old users just need the exe.

Zoom not tested for anything but 5-card draw. HUD won't come up for Zoom. Play money Zoom isn't imported.

You can view your last 100000, ..., 350000 or 1000000 hands (I believe the old limit was 10000), but it'll run out of memory if you try to view too many. If you have lots of memory, I could make a 64-bit version that can handle it, but I'd rather find a more elegant solution.

Re: snowboard's problem, right-click PokerHands.exe->Properties->Compatibility->Disable Display Scaling on high DPI settings (better than having to change a system-wide setting).

Won't crash on trying to view your own results summary unless you have millions of hands for a given limit.

Anyone know if 2-7 Single Draw still works? It should be under the 5CD tab.

Just downloaded this software for use with 2-7 TD. Few quick questions.

1. Can I get the HUD to show the cards from the last hand like HEM does? If so, how?

2. How do I change the font size of the HUD? I have gone to configure HUD, main properties and changed the font size there, but it makes no difference...

3. Is there a FAQ for this product so I don't have to keep coming back here annoying you guys asking Qs that everyone has already asked? I really HAVE tried skimming back through this thread to search for answers to my Qs, but haven't found them... hence my post.

4. Finally... this program seems to be free of charge right? It looks like it is going to be very useful for me, so I would like to make a donation to the developers/creators of the program. Please let me know how to do this... Stars transfer would be preferable, but Paypal is good too.
