New Beta Test Release of Poker Shortcuts - 4.0021 Beta Release 7/12/09

Frequent status updates and important details are on our home page .

1. Added preliminary support for the new Full Tilt software including: HotKeys (Actions tab), OSD Displays (Displays tab), betting features (very new and untested). Many features have not been upgraded to work with the new FT software yet!
2. Changed "Auto-Activate the Table the Mouse is Over" setting on Table1 tab such that the "Move Mouse to Home position" does not also have to be checked.
3. Changed the operation of "auto-activate the table the mouse is over" so that a table does not have to be active before this feature works.
4. Changed the operation of the "temporarily move this table to this position" so that the mouse does not also move, unless it is enabled to move too.

Thanks nano for your hard work.

1) I did read that some hotkeys are a little buggy like the fold button that needs to be pressed more than once. So far I get the same bug for the Last Hand Window and Open/Close Cashier.

2) The set initial color for nano-notes is not working. Also, the notes do not close. Usually i can open/close notes using the same hotkey.

I'm on Win XP.
Betpot works, but not too smooth..
Mousewheel does not work for me at all.

Also the bet ammount is flickering and I am unable to type in more than 1 digit manually

BTW, with the new QT_USE_NATIVE_WINDOWS stuff, Dave's betpot works a lot smoother.
Could this also be a solution for your tool Gary?

I have downloaded version 4.0021 but when I install it and click "help about" it shows the version as 4.0020 and as far as I can see this is not working on Full Tilt properly. Anybody else had this problem?

In quick testing (and you may be well aware of these things already...either way, just posting to let you know, not to complain etc) these are the things that are NOT WORKING (that I'm aware of):

Display tab:

OSD1 doesn't appear to work (haven't tested the others as I do not normally use them). Nothing shows up (ie. timer)

Table 1 tab:

Highlight Active Table w/ pending action (the standard "Red"...not the w/o one...the w/o one seems to work)

Dialogs tab:

Auto click on "OK" in "Get Chips" dialog box
Auto click on "Yes" to join a waitlisted table

Misc tab:

The auto time back DOES WORK, but not w/ modded buttons (more of an fyi here)

Street bet Ring:

Preset bet amounts only work w/o modded buttons (again w/ the fyi)

Deal me tab:

Auto check "Auto Post Blinds" doesn't work.


That is what I've found thus far. Also, I should note that this is in regards to Full Tilt only, post update.

eta: This is on Vista x64 w/ the Windows Classic Theme.

My 4.0021 also says it's 4.00.20 and does not seem to have FTP support at all

Trying it now. Never realized how many more features this has than betpot. I'll be buying it.

One thing I noticed is that unlike the current betpot fix, the alter amount features and betpot features are working well for me. However, I occasionally have to hit a button (like the fold button) more than once, whereas with the betpot script there is no delay or failed clicks.

I had this 'problem' back w/ FTS before this latest update. I wasn't sure if it was FTS or FT itself.

I just uploaded 4.0022 to the server, which fixes the incorrect "About" window version number.

I set hotkey for right mouse click to check/fold. It works ok for check/fold [box] [x], but it does not fold, when the button appears.

Also bet/trny doesnt work as well (yes, I did the calibration correctly)
can the problem be caused by changing mod? I deleted .svg file and replaced background to black one

MORE PROBLEMS:

1) Why are my pre-actions activated when i did NOT check the "enable the key at left blah blah blah" thingy under Actions1?

2) My blinds seem to auto post endlessley even though i uncheck the auto post blind! THIS IS IMPORTANT! What is going on with this? I thought I can solve the problem by unchecking all everything under the Deal Me tab but that didn't work.

Oookay running into a problem now. My bet amounts are not being entered where they're supposed to be. They're being entered into the chatbox.

my fold button works when the table size is minimum. when i make it bigger, it stops working

fwiw the features that are working like activate table w mouseover and ok certain dialog boxes (the buyin ones don't seem to be working) are super quick and smooth so nice job and i look forward to full functionality.

and my time button is not being pushed for me.

All the features I have expected/wanted to work are doing so at the moment - which are infact relatively few. Also I have modded my full tilt poker, balck table etc, and have had no problems with calibrating. I use poker shortcuts for sngs on full tilt btw.

My F keyboard stroke folds for me.
Mouse slider increases bet size anywhere on the active table (basically how it worked for me using fts)
Lobbies without register button close quicker than before, on fts I pretty much had to do this manually in the end.

Running smooth in play money.

I've also been testing and it works ok, but obviously needs work since its a beta so im far from disapointed. It seems to work better when the tables are the min size. my timer doesnt activae automaticaly which kinda sucks. ive tried in in windiws 7 and xp...but i've only just started testing with sngs.

Also, just curious, the auto buy in for sngs, is that gonna come back at some point? that was my second favorit feature...would highly appreciate that coming back

i bought FT Shortcuts on 07/07/09 and from 08/07/09 its not working...
i`m happy to take Poker Shortcuts instead but the only item i need from software is Automatically opening FT SnGs,if this wont work in future in new version then i prefer money back then new software

why FT killing multitablers if they have so much money from them???

Every hotkey I use, I have to press 1 to god knows how many times to make it register. As a LHE player, this makes my hand hurt more and makes the software useless. I know you are aware of this problem but I really hope there's a fix for this.

Oh and I was wrong about OSD 1 not working. It does, but again, not w/ modded buttons, but not correctly.


When OSD 1 is enabled, it causes the box in which you enter your bet amount to flicker and anything you type in there, it resets w/ each key press.

For example, the action is to me and I want to bet $12. I type in "1" then "2", but instead of it being 12, it enters the 1, then the 2 over top of the 1, so that the bet amount is only $2 (it only takes one digit). I hope that is clear.

Again, not complaining, just trying to help w/ the Beta, Gary. The important items for me (autotimebank, auto resize tables, preset bet amounts) all seem to be working well, so a huge thank you! The rest will come in time, I'm sure.
