Are you planning on allowing import of ranges from HRC? From my understanding you have worked with them on making it possible and they seem to have it ready to go on their end.

I've been using piosolver 2.0 pro version and notice that when i let the job Queue (scripting) function run, the hole app closes after some time without finishing the job. This didnt happen in the previous version (piosolver 1). Its pretty annoying cause now leaving the pc work at night is not as effective.
Do you have any idea why this may be happening? What recommendations do you have to solve the issue?

Does anyone know how come when I solve a Pio Preflop sim, when I go to browse the opening range of the initial opener (sim is UTG vs HJ), all the EVs are negative except for AA-QQ, AK? It's still saying to raise a lot of the hands I thought it would, just negative EV's.

I guess this doesn't matter? Or is this a problem with my set up? EV seems fine on other streets. Thanks!

HI, I recently downloaded Pio 2.0. I have sims that I am trying to view in 2.0.7 and when I click on the sim, which is a .cfr file, The flop loads in Pio Viewer but nothing else loads and a dialog box pops up that says, "no tree building data found".

I have tried to load the same sims the same way in an older version of Pio and it worked.

I'm using the text interface to extract line frequency information from some of my solves.

I notice that the output of the `show_all_freqs global pp` command does not contain any river nodes. This makes sense, because I usually save small sims. However, I would like to extract river frequencies as well.

What do I need to do so that this command outputs river nodes as well?

I assume I need a full tree. I looked through the UPI documentation and did not see any commands to rebuild forgotten streets. Is this possible? Or do I need to save full sims if I want to do get river frequency information?

Hi, I struggle to understand how the icm feature would work for a preflop solve. Let s say the icm structure is: 1st 1k / 2d 600 / 3rd 200. How do i find out how it affects the play by only running a head s up simulation ?

Got absolutely the same problem. I was using old version of Pio edge - 2019year. (I dont like updating something that is doing the job perfectly)
At the end of 2020 I started getting these crashes when I load big scripts(6GB- 8GB RAM)
2021 am not solving alote of scripts but this kept getting worst. Last year it crashes once every 5-6hours, know it crashes every 30minutes.
I thought update to the latest version might do the job. But it doesnt...
Do I need to reinstall something?

Yes.

You can solve HU spot but the ICM structure requires stacks for all players at the table. You can see how it affects the play in that HU spot.

Some fixes were recently made regarding this. Please update to the newest version (run the updater) and if the issue persists please make sure to email us with some details. Solving this specific issue affecting some users is one of the priorities right now.

I was using very old version. Now I am with 1.10.25.1 (updated with PioUpdater)
It didnt help at all. I think its getting worst (time period when it crashes) Last year it was once every 8-10hours, now its every 40min for me. Which makes Pio unusable for me : )

When using the trainer, is it possible to use multiple packs at the same time? Say I have a pack for SB 3bets, I'd like it to randomize for vs utg/mp/co.

Secondly, since my 16gb ram won't always run my BvB sims, is 32gb generally enough or would going to 64gb be preferable? I'm unsure if I might do pre flop sims in the future, what would they need?

You can't use multiple packs at one table, but
- you can have many tables open (one per pack)
- you can have all files in one big pack (you can add more than one directory to one pack)

I'm going to have to use a server for pio2. I don't have much computer knowledge. I found videos explaining the process, seems prettyy straightforward and I'm sure I'll figure it out but none of the info I found was specific to pio2.

Can anyone recommend an appropriate server provider and specific plan/ specifications they use for pio2? (100bb cash game sims mostly, if it makes a difference)

Or anyone interested in sharing a server for cash game sims?

Is there an option to have the solver run a sim that's been given 3river sizes but it's only allowed to use 2 out of the 3 and which of the 2 it's using can vary depending on which river card comes?

For example I have 3 river sizes: 30/80/130. Turn is split 30%/check. Now let's say I only want to use 2 sizes on the river, I can create a subtree but it would include a bunch of hands that wouldn't have bet the turn if it didn't have the preferred river sizings that I've now taken out of the gametree.
I also cannot delete the sizing altogether and run the tree again because on a different runout I would pick 2 sizes again but it could be a different combination of the 3 given sizes.

Hi, I have activated my version of PioSolver Pro on two PCs.
Now that I have upgraded one of them by changing components, except the SSD where was installed PioSolver, I am unable to use PioSolver on it because there is an error due to the number of activations exhausted.

I just updated pio to 2.0.7.4 and now all of my training packs are gone, says they were moved to archive data. Do i just need to drag the files around or do i need to start over?

I am wondering how I would go about upgrading my Piosolver Basic 1.1 license to a Piosolver 2 Pro license. I just found a listing on your website that says “basic 2.0 to pro 2.0 upgrade”. I guess that answers my question but I still wanna confirm it because it’s confusing to me: Do I need to buy these two products?

Early after the release there was a big change to the trainer which is not backwards compatible. The announcement and update went out in April (v 2.0.5).
There is no way to use old packs in the newest version
