ok then try the following instruction:
Open Start -> Execute and type: "cmd", then press Enter. A new window will popup where you can enter commands. Now you have to navigate to your PartyTools folder. You navigate with "cd <Folder Name>". The easiest should be if you copy the PartyTools Folder Path from your windows explorer (mark and press CTRL+C) and then you type in the command window "cd" then RightClick Mouse and "paste". Then you should reach the right folder. After that type: "javaw -jar PartyTools.jar" and see whats happening. Normally PartyTools have to start, but if not you may see errorlines. I need to know wich, so you can copy them or make a screenshot. Screenshot is easy to make: press "print" key (near F12) and then open Windows Paint, then CTRL+V, save and send it to my email.
