Well, apparently I had selected a different subtree in main tree so that might be why I didn't see the new range appear at the bottom of the tree where I was expecting it.

Peleg asked me via email to clarify this so I obliged.

Can you add another easy way to choose each suited/offsuit combos in 6+ calculator?

If I want all Kx of clubs, I have to open each from KQs, KJs, KTs... K2s just to pick the clubs for each one of them

Hope im making sense

Hello peleg.

Please add the option to "add up" ranges as an alternative to select either one or the other. Old flopzilla had this and they removed it, and it is missed.

Edit: nevermind, i discovered this is already doable.

Would also want to suggest another feature in Range Constructor

Example situation:
I have colors red and green
I already filled up the red parts of the range, I want to fill all remaining to green

It can be done. I have to think how to implement this feature.
It is not entirely obvious how to do this. I mean interface ...

Also another suggestion for Range constructor similar to PIO where you can have a checkbox beside a color and it will only show that color in the range matrix.

Hi
I use the Mac version of the program. I noticed that when I save ranges to an image (png) in the Range Constructor, the image quality is worse than when I make screen copy. Could you add an option in future release for choosing the image quality when saving range to image?

I really like the Oranges and it helps me a lot. Thanks for your great work!

I like oRanges for preflop work, but I'm trying to understand if I can make use of it post-flop. Let's say my flop range for a particular board is in the picture from range constructor. Is there a way to tell it which cards are flopped so that the combos are right? For example, if this is a flop range for J54 then then aren't 6 combos each of 55 and 44 remaining but just 3 combos each.

There is no direct way to take into account board cards in Range Constructor at the moment.

But you can send your range to main matrix (fully or by parts) and send it back from main matrix.

Is it possible to have multiple range trees that Range Constructor shows?

I mean, if I have a big tree in Range Constructor with many nodes, and I would like Range Constructor to show only some parts of this tree, and I would choose which part to show in next session?

If I understand your question correctly, the answer is yes.

Range Constructor Tree data is stored in files rc.dat and palette.dat in C:\Users\<Your Windows login>\Oranges Calculator.
You can overwrite these files and get completely different trees in Range Constructor.

You can do the following procedure:
1) If the range tree is already ready, then backup rc.dat and palette.dat files wherever you want.
2) Delete all unnecessary nodes in tree and create a new range tree. When closing Range Constructor, the data will be saved to rc.dat and palette.dat.
Save the new rc.dat and palette.dat somewhere.

If you need to open the first tree, then you need to close the app, overwrite these files in C:\Users\<Your Windows login>\Oranges Calculator and open the program again.

If you need to return a newly created tree, then you need to do a similar procedure with new rc.dat and palette.dat.

Hi
I use both Oranges and Flopzila, much depending on what I want to do.
In general I like oRanges better.
Some request.
Weak hands: better to split them up as in Flopzilla, like pp below mp, Third pair, and pp below 3rd.
Another split: OESD 1 and 2 card.
And Gutshot : 1 and 2 card
Granular is better then grouping it.
Or even better having the options of grouping them as is or more granular like in flopzila.

Piechart like in flopzila, where we can colorcode and group filter chooses and see them in a piechart.
The logo of the program already looking like a piechart, so I think you need a piechart in the program also.
