just disable UAC. google: disable UAC

Perhaps edit your groups so there is 1 item per column? Had a similar problem and that worked for me.

jeez this is driving me nuts..
Ive used placemint for 3 years with no issues. But now from nowhere it cannot open partygaming.exe nomatther how I try it.. Nothing happens.. Ive tried remove and and re-add it 10 times.. This has never happend before with any application

Try to select the desktop shortcut and not the Programs/Party.../PartyGaming.exe.
