Yeh, that doesn't work in NC+PT4 and it's nothing new.

If you want to create a new note definition, when you already have a bunch, you have to reset ALL notes and then create notes for all of them. The "Perform Pending Actions" does nothing.

BTW, the new NC+PT4 update broke NC... again.

Hello I just bought HM3. I am used to H2N and immediately saw that HM3 doesn offer all the stats i am used to.
I saw HM3 have stats called " Bet Sizes" bet 40%, bet 60% etc
Can I use this only for 3bet pots with NC somehow?d

I'm creating new Badges and they appear to me on my HUD in 3handed situations but they don't appear to me in HU situations.

Nothing in the partitions defines that they should only appear for 3handed.

How can I fix this?

I am not able to find stats with those names as default HM3 stats. One way to be sure if it's a NoteCaddy stat is if, in the HUD editor, the stat is named with this type of format NC.******.Stat.

.Stat can also be .note, .SparkGraph, .HeatMap, etc but the name starting with "NC." would mean the answer to your question is yes, otherwise no.

I assume you're using HM3... Did you change your HUD filters? By default they don't filter by player size but if you changed it so that the data is separated for heads up vs 3-N handed, this would be the reason.


In HM2 the HUD filters aren't considered so it'd be based on NC's partitions which you can see in file->Settings->Partitions.

The partitions do filter heads up from 3 max by default, however, in HM3 the data would be combined depending on the HUD filters.

You can right click the color definition in the list at the bottom right of the NC UI and click "test" then enter a player name. This should give you some explanation though for the test HUD filters aren't considered.

Does anyone know where Justin (Notecaddy Edge Guy) is? I have tried to make contact through the website, the Notecaddy Edge thread here on 2+2 and through skype. I have some questions around the Breakthrough Pack before purchasing.

I recently got notecaddy and am trying to create notes but it keeps freezing on hand 19999 out of 130k. Everytime I restart the program it will freeze on this one hand?

Maybe I can go find this specific hand and delete it from my database?

Hello, if this is an imported database ( i.e. from HM2 to HM3 ), try importing the hands from the HMarchive folder instead of importing the DB. This might help.

Indeed filtering until we find the hand causing the lock is the way to go. Import hands in batches until figuring out what hand is causing the lock (again importing from the HM archive folder by month i.e.).

If none of this works please use the submit feedback button and attach the logs so we can have a look at them and figure out what is going on.

So to filter out what hand is causing this we need to import your hands to a new database in batches until finding out what hand/batch locks notecaddy from creating notes. With this batch in hand we can isolate and understand what caused the lock.

Please open a support ticket with log files and link to download your database for testing or do this your self if you don´t want to share your database/hands and send us just the batch that causes the issue please.

I don't understand what you mean by upgrade notecaddy (had a look at link already). I bought Notecaddy when it was released and currently pay a yearly subscription. Am i missing something?

In your case you are good to go, just install one of the provided packs from the "Manage my coaching packs" option in the Notecaddy start page.

I was answering flopping flushes as he was creating his own hud.

Do you have any issue with Notecaddy at the moment Soinana?

To the ones who were having issue with notecaddy getting stuck creating notes.

There is a new update to Notecaddy that fixes a lot of importing errors.

Please restart HM3 and allow it 1 minute to install the new version of Notecaddy. After that enable it and check if the version installed is 2.9.9010. After that reset and recreate notes. Tell me if it goes through smoothly now.

Since the last update i have many problems.

1. When i click "manage my ultimate packs" i get an error message "notecaddy unable to acquire a required remote resource....."

2. Many of my badges are not showing.

3. Notecaddy is very slow to load in the apps menu after starting HM3.

Notecaddy servers are down for a couple of days now, that's why you'r getting that message.

Support said they are working on it. We just have to wait i guess.

Im sorry for late adressing of this issue in this forum and thank you Hilips for rellaying the essential part of it.

Putting it short. The host of the Notecadddy server was migrating stuff and it went very bad. Thats why the site is down. The developer has already made all steps to move the site to a working host since mid last week, but all the files and backups are locked in the old host and they are unable to provide access to those files.

In the mean time it was released a stable version of Notecaddy with only "default definitions" ready to be used and a stable Notecaddy that allows to work with manual import of packs and definitions.

As soon as possible I will update with the information on when everything will be back up online.

Do any of the old coaching packages work with HM3? I know they aren't allowed on Stars but I can use them on PB.
