Hey I just got the update and recently uploaded a chunk of hands. I got 1.2 million hands now and when I do a scan its extremely slow. This the update or the database and how can I go about fixing this?

Thanks

A Telescope bug?

I often get this message from PokerStars when I use the join button in Telescope:

"You are not on this waiting list"

A known issue?

I often have the same exact problem.

Is Telescope still being supported?

I'm currently using SpadeEye V3.24 and I have a small bug. On FTP some of the deep and regular tables have the same name. There is a "FTP Forum" deep and same regular. But "Open" will only open one of them even if you click on the other one.

I'm having the CPU problem in version 3.24. After an FTP scan, Spade Eye uses 100% of the CPU. It doesn't seem to be doing anything. Just using the CPU.

Is eyepoker working for anyone now? I have just installed it and tried on 2 computers (vista/xp) and cant get it to work.
It opens tables and can sort tables with smart datamining, but it does not register any hands or save them to folder..

Downloaded SpadeEyeLight,
but it doesnt starts - 'could not connect to license server'
firewall & antivirus off, rebooted and reinstalled - no change
Help please

Solved.
Had to uninstall my firewall totally out of the system (Win XP SP2, Comodo).
Sorry.

Yes, unfortunately that's a common problem with Comodo / Kerio etc...

Mr. Snood would you mind to adress the above mentioned problem with Telescope?

Beside that, I often have the problem that joining a table trough Telescope doesn't work, without further notice. It works after the 2nd click though.

Sometimes it's not possible to join at all, let's say I have the tables in alphabetical a to z order and want to sit down at "xantippe", Telescope runs through the list but seems to stop somewhere at "m"?! There is no info that I am not on the wait list, this happens quietly.

I have to change the list from z to a, then it works. I have tables filtered already (certain limit, deep).

When I play 10+ tables I don't want to mess around with the table selection software!

Regarding the scanning speed: compared to the HEM (client) scanner Telescope seems really slow, could you please look into that?

Thanks

I also have the above problem sometimes. No idea why.

This is because the table list in the PokerStars lobby is too long...
There's some kind of fail safe that's going wrong.
Like if it scans 10 pages of tables and doesn't find/reach the desired table it thinks "mhm something must be wrong, I better stop...".

When you revert the sorting then the table jumps to the upper half of the lobby, and Telescope finds it.
I will fix that.
Meanwhile you can try to hide all unnecessary tables from the Stars lobby with the lobby filter, unless you already did that.

The problem is: Telescope is not "multithreaded"...
It's an old design, and trying to change that means to change most of the Telescope parts.

who do we email to get a new registration code for telescope?

Hi,

Could you please add an option to EyePoker to ignore tables for which we are already waitlisted? Occasionally I mismouse and double click a table that I'm already waitlisted on and it unlists me, which is annoying. Also I imagine it wouldn't be that hard to check for tables that are already open (i.e. that we're sitting on) and ignore those too? That would be v helpful.

Thanks.
