Sorry, it doesn't seem to work everywhere.
There is not much you can do, as wait until we have find another solution to this option.

I got an email from FT saying SpadeEye was prohibited. I'm away from my computer, but I'll post the email in the next day or two. I also noticed that SpadeEye was restricted on PokerStars, but telescope (which seems to be the same thing) is okay. Is it the datamining feature on SpadeEye that FT is objecting to? If yes, can you make a stripped down version?

SpadeEye is prohibited from use with Full Tilt Poker.

If you have any other concerns, please let us know.

Yes, it seem to be the datamining option.
We will release a new "stripped down" version shortly.

It was the first problem, I didn't know the lobby had to have my tables in it, I must have been in a tourney lobby at the time, thanks.

Just curious if there's an ETA for your release of this new version.

there seems to be a slight problem with the new party updated software.

When we only want to see 6 max tables, unfortunately all of the full ring and the heads up tables are also shown, due to the party stupid software still putting them on the lobby

You have to check "6-max" in the SpadeEye filter,
and uncheck "fullring" and "heads-up".

Funny, on the end of August I got an email saying it was allowed before I proceeded to buy SpadeEye, this is the email.
The problem with FT support is that you never know which support monkey hit the correct button.

Hello Adrian,

Thank you for contacting Full Tilt Poker Support.

SpadeEye is currently not on our prohibited program list, therefore you are able to use it.

If there's anything else we can help you with, please feel free to ask. Best of luck at the tables!

I have a problem with this on Absolute Poker. The players just aren't at the tables that the scanner says they are

Great. Looking forward to it. Can u get pre-authorization from FT that it's okay (since you removed the datamining)? Any idea how long it would take to get approval? I'm guessing to avoid confusion with older versions, you're going to have to rename the software?

No. I am not going to rename it.

The current SpadeEye version will run out by the end of febuary.

That's why I don't hurry with the new "striped down" version.
I mean people can still use the old one...

But this will change in march.
From march onwards only the "no datamining FullTilt"-version will work.

For Absolute, it always shows a player on two tables when he is only on one. He will have the exact same stack and be playing one table, but for some reason the software will him on another table even though he isn't there. Is this a known problem with a fix?

And how about the preapproval from FT? Have they indicated SpadeEye is fine once you get rid of the datamining?

Yes, I got a response from FullTilt telling me that they dislike the datamining stuff.

The Tableselection part is not a big concern if only a players played hands are used to evaluate the tables.

Problem is the Absolute lobby.
It is kind of "slow" in updating the playerlist.
Thus SpadeEye may select a table in the lobby and wait for the playerlist to update, but sometimes nothing happens.
Need to see if I can do something about that.

I don't know the answer here but I have been using the scan feature only in recent weeks and after the first scan and choosing the tables I want to play, I close down SE.

When I am ready for new tables I go through the same process. Not sure if FTP can "see" that I am using SE unless there get lucky for those two minutes every hour or so......

i've been using it fine everyday for the past few months. no datamining, just scanning. Not sure if that's helpful to you as not everyone using it will get caught. I'm sure we'd hear an uproar in this thread if more people were reprimanded.

Hi, since the merge from Unibet with Ladbrokes. I've been experiencing problems again with Spadeeye on Unibet. It seems like the tablescanner works only some of the time. Sometimes it just scans the tables, but you can't see which players are at the tables in primaeye. And most of the time it just doesn't pickup the the tables, it quits in the middle of the scan or you don't see any tables showing up in primaeye.

I play 100NL on Unibet, and have tried every thing from selecting the list based on P/F to Names etc. With show and hide empty tables on and off all the time, however it just doesn't seem to work.

A version without datamining FullTilt, called "SpadeEye - Light" is available for download:
http://spadeit.com/download.php#light

This one will slowly replace the "original SpadeEye".

SpadeEye customer that don't want to loose the ability to datamine FullTilt can get "HHCollector - FTP" for free at:
http://hhcollector.com/
