SpadeEye is new to the market, and has not a big reputation.
My aim is to build a nice piece of software.
The price is calculated to compensate my time effort, not to get rich, even if software developement takes much time .


SpadeEye was designed to work with Partypoker, so the internet bill was not only a big backstroke for U.S. players, also for SpadeEye.
I also have the obligation towards my customer.
Constant improvement and updates are only possible if business goes on...

I appreciate it. Immensely. One backdraw with the "search for buddies" is i then have to re-scan if i want to search for another buddy. a solution to that:

a "buddy tab" instead of a dialog, and u click the buddies you want to search on the left side of the screen, and press search, the program then makes a COPY of the fully scanned tables and searches THOSE and spits out the results on that screen. that way i can do multiple searches w/out the inconvenience of rescanning.

also, i'm about to d/l the .5x version...but, was a "client tag" added to the buddy list so i know who is PP and who is absolut/FT?

when looking for a database to add, REMEMBER the last folder you added a database from (this is a minor annoyance, but degrades from the product cuz it's f'ing annoying)

A first support for ParadisePoker is in + many small bugfixes + "when looking for a database REMEMBER the last folder"

Also added a button to clear the buddysearch.

I think i should write a small tutorial on the buddysearch, because its maybe a bit hidden...
To search for your buddies go to "Buddylist"->"Show" in the menu.
Select as much buddies as you want and press "Search".
Now the only tables that you see, are the tables where one of your selected buddies is on.
To switch back to see all tables just press "Clear Search".

Prior to using the buddysearch you have to make a "FullScan" to the tables, because the buddysearch searches the tables and playernames in your local SpadeEye table-/playerlist...

i would like the advanced filter to be applied RIGHT AFTER the tables are scanned every time, if we have it clicked on. also i'd like the option "with stack greater than or equal to X" cuz even though there are fish, i don't want to see the fish with <20 bbs.

i am evaluating this software and found it's better than PTS which i am using right now. I am buying this app which is quite good.

But I would like some new features to be added if possible:
1) for the site that does not support which limit table you want to display, such as absolute, etc, any possible to setup a filter to restrict the table list the app retrive from the site. or i am missing something and this feature is already there. for party and FT, no problem, you can always limit the table to scan on the poker client software itself.
2) how about adding some filter to limit the table overall stats.

all of the message windows pop up on the primary screen if we use multiple monitors. it's a little bit annoying, since usually i use primany monitor for the playing and the second monitor to do the table scan. any possible to pop up the msg window on where the app is running?

Seconded. I know they don't allow datamining, but the table selection side should be fine (and those of us banging out a ******ed amount of hands in the coming months will have enough data to go on even w/o DM'ing).

I tried to test the new version but it just tells me I need to buy it. I previously had the older test version installed.

Stars support is not that easy to add like FTP or Absolute was.

This weekend i will investigate how i could add Stars.
Today i have to add automatic openening an closing of tables on FTP...

how's the full tilt support going, mr snood?

Latest version 1.60 should be able to open/close tables automatically by specific playercount.

To select the limit, one have to use the tablefilter within the FullTilt software...

Currently im very busy with the Stars support.
It's looking good up to now.
The support for Stars will not be that comfortable like the other Pokerrooms, but it will be better than nothing.

mr snood, is there a guide anywere for auto-datamining FT? i didn't see one on your site, and when i click on the datamining tab, the 'start complete automatic', 'start in background' and 'stop' tabs are greyed out. thanks !

Make sure you are using version 1.60.

Then select "FullTiltPoker" from the "Client" menu in SpadeEye.

Now the "Start fully automatic" button should be available.

One should take a look to the "open tables" and "close tables" tabs in the options, to specify which tables to open.
Also it is recommend to apply a tablefilter in the FT software, to select the stakes for datamining...

I suggest you to read stars' T&C right now and put your stars support plan on hold. I just read it and another similar app has been blocked by stars.

If you add stars support, i think almost certain your app will be blocked soon, which means when i play on stars, i can not run your app to scan table on other sites.

thanks for making the change to separate table retrieve and ODBC connection setup, add overall table stats filter.

But after i downloaded v1.6, i found one annoying bug which never happened before. If i changed the scan limit on one site, such as change the tableretrieve limit from 15-30 to 20-40, as soon as i click retrieve table button, your app will be closed.

could you pls look into this problem if possible?

okay i upgraded versions but im still a bit confused. the options are there, but when i click 'start automatic' nothing opens. do i need to open the tables initially and then spade eye will keep closing/opening based on my filter?

if thats the case that's fine, but why not add an open multiple tables feature a la idleminer?

Take a look to the "open tables"/"close tables" tab within the SpadeEye options.
Specify which kind of tables (SH / FR),
and how much tables to open,
and set a valid playercount.

Ensure that a valid tablelist is shown in the FullTilt software, where valid means: "realmoney Hold'em" tables which can meet the playercount specification from the options dialog...

If everything set up correct, then tables should get opened by SpadeEye...

You are right about your concern with Stars.
I think i will send them a mail and ask,
before i add the support to SpadeEye.

On the fly i was unable to reproduce the bug at me, so i must be doing something wrong.

You are using multiple pokerrooms at the same time, correct?
