Reconfigure your SpadeEye filter.

This should fix the problem.

Most people oversee, that the list with the statistics for export in Pokertracker is scrollable.

Make sure you only exported the playernames into the csv file and not more.

You can open the csv file with any texteditor to verify that only the playernames are in there and no numbers (statistics).

reconfiguring the filter DID solve it, TYVM.

Can you explain why this is?

I scan etc. But then the table view wont add the "filter colours" i want, e.g. VPIP 25 = red.

http://chrislearns.com/why%20no%20ta...%20filters.JPG

then, when i click a white one using the "SCAN TABLE" it'll scan it/apply filter colours and then it gets sorted and gets a table average. Strange bug? Scan cuts off to early? Ends process to early???

Mr. Snood - just in case you haven't seen it, Holdem Manager 0.50, with the new database schema, has been released.

Cheers, Carl.

Will SpadeEye work in different user areas of Windows for datamining a lot of tables? I currently datamine from different user areas, but since I'm not keeping track of the number of hands I have for each user, I'm collecting excessive data. The script I'm using checks whether a table is already open in a different user area, and closes tables that are already open. Does SpadeEye have a feature like this? If not would you consider adding this in the future?

Version 2.53 is out:
http://www.spadeit.com/download.php

- SpadeEye already supported HoldemManager 0.50.
Nevertheless i have added the missing Aggressionfactor stats with HoldemManager databases.
- Fixed some minor bugs..

You can datamine with SpadeEye under different user areas,
but there is no synchronization or coordination between the SpadeEye instances.

You would have to do this by partitioning the stakes you datamine or by the sorting of the lobby descending/ascending.

snood,

after reading here i thought it'd be goddam AMAZING to have this feature with spade eye...essentially u'd have "interval" scanning set for like 5 minutes and after the five minutes if any of ur buddies are checked spadeeye sends an email/SMS message to ur cell phone.

i guess only problem would be duplicate messages after every interval scan.

i know that certain websites for free let u send SMS messages to phones, any way to get spade eye to do this?

maybe this would be better for something like smart buddy?

i have a handful of 60/20's that i'd love to get messages about.

what'd be sweet is if one of your premium buddies is sitting at a table playing, SpadeEye automatically opens that table and puts up an alert. Of course, there would need to be some sort of way (button) for SpadeEye to know if you were actually playing, or just had the program open to datamine.

FTP did an update last night, and SpadeEye can no longer scan tables.

Please retry (and check your SpadeEye filter).

You are the thirt person complaining about the FTP update, but everything at me seem to work.
And at the complaining clients on a second look, too

no dice.

I know about the filters because I made that mistake last weekend.

Something is not kosher.

I updated FTP and scanning works fine for me.

Snood - Why is my list not all showing pretty colors? It always leaving out like 10 or 40 or something 99% of them.

This is bugging me badddddd

Mr. Snood,

This week, I upgraded the FTP software, Holdem Manager, and, of course, SpadeEye. Unfortunately, something along the way has broken SpadeEye.

All seems fine for opening/closing tables, until I run a scan. The scan itself takes forever (longer than it used to before the upgrades this week). Then, after the scan is complete, I no longer have the ability to start/stop datamining - those options are grayed out. Here's a screen shot of what I see:

Any ideas?

Cheers, Carl.

Is anybody out there datamining the 6max .1/.25 $25NLHe at party?

I am and would love to swap db with anyone. Currently i have about 250+k hands on other players.

I am not on any other sites or levels, or on full ring.

Send me a pm and lets get all the donks on $25nl 6max party!
11-03-2007 , 10:09 PM
Dunno why it doesn't compute averages and sets colors.

Looks like a bug. I will take a look on this.

You are using SpadeEye with HoldemManager?

Please try 2.54b:
http://www.spadeit.com/download.php

Not sure why "start/stop" is disabled.
I will fix it.

I got the buddy system working ok!

But, i must suggest just to make it easier to import buddies. Can you just change your program a bit so that it ignores all the numbers in a normal csv export from PT? If so, it would be great, and it would save you answering questions like mine in the future!

Also, I would like to request another 2 separate buddy lists.

WHy? Well, we all want to play i) against bad players, and ii) avoid good ones.

In my pt database, i would classify about 1/4 or 1/3rd as fish, just on their vp/pfr stats. But, there is a small subsection of these fish , or superfish, or whales as i call them. They are only about 4 or 5% of the total.

Now, you can see my predicament. If i just have 4% of players on my buddylist, I probably wont find any of them at any time!

If I have 40% of fish on my buddylist, i cant separate the whales from the fish.

So, I would like to have a fishlist, a whale list, and, lastly a TAG list or a sharklist.

If you filter vp<15 and pfr>5 into your pt database, you will find that these tags win about 5bb/100hands or so.

SO, the last buddylist would be these TAGS

Combining the three would be the ultimate in table selection.

We instantly see the whales (if present), and then move on to how many fish there are, and how many sharks we will be swimming with.

SHeer brilliance! And, i assume, easy and quick to program Mr snood? Because all you really need is to copy all the code to give us three buddy lists instead of one!

Love your software, but i will love it even more if i can have THREE buddy lists (fish, whales and sharks!)
11-04-2007 , 07:45 AM
lol whales
11-04-2007 , 11:09 AM
Yes, you are right. Adding 2 more "Whale/Tag" buddylists should be pretty easy, but i guess a scoring system would be much better.

You will not need to maintain the 3 lists and you will have a more powerfull new column, the "score".

So my next addition to SpadeEye will be a scoring system

What do I use for username and password for holdem manager database? These aren't needed yet for the beta.
11-04-2007 , 04:45 PM
They are needed.

It's the username and password you specified for your PostgreSQL installation and you configured HoldemManager with:
