Hi Mr Snood

Just downloaded and installed 1.79 (because of Party changes)- previous versions of Spadeye have been running fine up to now on my computer, but now 1.79 crashes on startup - tried uninstalling and reinstalling - same result - it's the usual MS popup saying: SpadeEye.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.' no other info re crash - nothing has changed on my computer - Windows XP pro - AMD 64x2 - Asus MB, nvidia chipset, nvidia vga - nothing too exotic.

Snood,

After a datamining session with 1.79 for the 1st time on Party , when I upload the histories to PokerOffice, an error box pops up a few times. The error box from PO says:

"Syntax error in Hand History file!
Could not find Rake amount in Hand History file.
Do you want to import this game anyway?"

I've never had this error before. As a result approx. 1,000 hands of the 5,000 hands datamined could not be uploaded. I'm not sure if this problem is on your end or PO's end.

I'm not sure, too.
Maybe Party changed something with the handhistory format.
Or parts of the hand got missed by SpadeEye.

SpadeEye is doing, what it has done before.
If it worked before I currently have no clue why it is not working anymore.

You can try to lower the value "delay between passes" under "Main"->"Options"->"General" to for example 600-1000.
Maybe this will minimize the failure rate.

Stars scanning I see no improvement. Doesnt even scan one viewable lobby of tables-17 tables let alone one table.

Tribeca scanning has improved but it still crashes the client just now it does it in 1-2 minutes rather than 30-60 seconds.

Snood are you going to fix Stars and Tribeca table scanning??

I see alot of updates but no improvement in the actual scanning functionality

I'll send more log files if you need them.

Don't worry, Stars/Doyles work is not done yet.

No need to test the new versions until I explicitly mention the fix in the Changelog or here in this Thread.

1.82 seems to be working properly on Party. After 2 days of datamining no apparent bugs were found.

Regarding the "syntax error could not find rake amount" in a few corrupted hand histories when importing to PO, I suspect that the problem is on PO's end not able to read Party's new HH format. I'm still waiting for PO's patch for the Party update. Too bad they don't work as fast as you!

So far so good.

I realize the PokerStars component of the software is still in development, but I can't even get 1 table to appear in the SpadeEye client window. What am I doing wrong?

Also, a general question: When datamining (FTP, in my case) where are the HHs written to? Can I have them integrated into my Pokertracker DB?

After trying your product for the last week, I have decided to buy it. Your table selection + built-in datamining + top notch customer support + small fee is what sold me. I might even suggest increasing the fee, but only after I've paid haha. Anyways, keep up the good work. I've sent the money through neteller so i hope to get my key asap cuz I'd like to start playing again soon.
