Wow, that was quick. Thanks a lot, it seem to be working here.

Edit: not connected to the update, but the color coding for Avg. AF on tables seems to be broken.
02-28-2008 , 12:54 PM
The Upgrade may killed your old colorcoding settings?
02-28-2008 , 01:22 PM
No, this was broken before the upgrade. My Avg. AF shows all tables in same color even though i edited to show different colors. All the other stats' colors are correct

I keep getting configuration errors now when I try and run the program?

C:\Program File\SpadeIt\SpadeEye\SpadeEye.exe
This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

(I''ve reinstalled a few times now)

You need 2.68:
http://www.spadeit.com/download.php

If you can't run 2.68 you need this:

thanks, all seems to be working fine now.

Updated to the newest version, and am getting this error:

I'm running Windows Vista and am running everything in Administrator.

This is from log.txt in my spadeeye directory:

Basically SpadeEye caches your scans in memory rather than using a real database cache.
So the first scan is some kind of "cache build up".
Later scans add unknow players to this cache or take known players from it rather to bug the database again...

Nevertheless you have to consider that a scan consists of 2 parts:
1) Select a table in the lobby and wait for the pokerclient to deliver the playerlist.
This process can take about 1-2 seconds

2) Retrieve the players statistics from your database.
This process again takes some seconds and can be speed up by the cache.

So basically there is room to improve step 2, but as it is client side scanning
- this means your local lobby is being scaned -
you can not avoid the 1-2 seconds per table waiting time for the playerlist...

I had not the time to tested PokerTracker 3 yet, but i heared and i expect that scanning with the HoldemManager database is pretty fast, as it has some kind of build in cache from scratch.
Is there a way that the playlist can be downloaded?

Yes, but this would require pretty much serverside work on my end.
Such a solution is currently not possible.
Maybe i come up with a subscription based solution for this in 2-3 months.

Hi all,

I want to try out this software because I am interested in purchasing it. After installing it, the first time I tried to run the program it said that my version has expired and asks me to put in a code. Is there a trial code that I'm missing or something?
02-29-2008 , 12:33 PM
This must be an error.
Please email me (support@spadeit.com) your machinecode then i can take a closer look at it. Or write your machinecode in this thread.
The machinecode is being displayed on startup...

Make also sure that your firewall does not block SpadeEye from the internet, as the trial is being saved online.

Should be working again.

Snood, Full Tilt recently upped the number of observed tables to 18. Can you please edit the pull down in the "Open Tables" tab?
02-29-2008 , 02:08 PM
still says trial period over

Then either the machinecode you gave me is wrong (SKKH-MMJN-GOE).
Or most likely your firewall blocks SpadeEye from the internet.
SpadeEye needs to access the internet because the trial is saved online.

Will be added.

Would it be possible to get a "Join waitlist for all filtered tables" button for partypoker?
02-29-2008 , 04:49 PM
Ok, Windows firewall is disabled. McAfee firewall is disabled. Just restarted. Double click SpadeEye icon on my desktop.

Trial period over box pops up.

Machinecode: 'SKKH-MMJN-GOE'

Ok, so I reset the settings on my firewall. Open SpadeEye. Firewall asks to grant access to SpadeEye. I click yes. Then trial over box pops up.
