All the invites have been sent...

@ treeckool: latest build got another speed speedup so you may want to try it, you may very well reach even higher numbers. On my two Macs I got respectively a 30% and a 25% speedup so your 3000 hands / second shall probably go up.

(latest build is faster and smaller and should fix bugs a few testers have encountered)

This build should prove very stable and we'll now focus on more features

And we're still looking for beta-testers willing to help us with detailed bugs/missing-features report

Great work on this! Sent you a PM to get included in beta testing.

Any time I try to do the color modification, I cannot close the window and the whole program seizes up. Anyone else having this problem?

I've never seen an issue where the whole program would freeze doing that (and nobody reported that yet) but... Just to be on the safe side I made a new release (build 1875) that addresses potential problems related to color modifications that you should try.

The HUD color range editor is not very intuitive, there's been a topic about it two days ago on the Xypto forums that you may want to check: it's functional, but not very convenient yet.

Meanwhile I took safety measures so that you should never experience a freeze again so you really should now try with build 1875 that I released minutes ago. Note that now if/when you select another stat, if any "color editor" window meant to edit an old stat is open, it gets closed automatically.

It may a bit overkill as a workaround but I don't see any drawbacks (it doesn't make much sense anyway to keep a color range editor corresponding to a stat that is not selected anymore)

To everyone running older builds, like 15xx or 16xx, you really should upgrade: there have been about 10 releases since then

Hi,

I just started playing poker on full tilt a few weeks ago and would be very interested in beta testing your app. It looks fantastic. I just registered with this forum so not sure what communication restrictions there are as it appears you have had issues in the past. I use a few Macs ( love um ) all running leopard. My email is paul.coles(a)mac.com

cheers

I hope Im not to late to Beta test Xypto.
I've been a long time lurker on 2+2 but never actually joined until I saw you were looking for testers.

I have a mac and would love to test it out.
I'd be willing to put in 15k hands a week and give you updates accordingly.

Long time no post here... Was busy working on the website/webapp (not up yet) and working with beta-testers to fix a few issues.

Everything seems to be working great now: people have reported rock-solid 24-tabling sessions for hours and hours with minimal CPU usage

We've not yet added much stats but due to popular request now you can use "flop cbet %" (and "cbet in position %" and "cbet not in position %" if you want) as well "fold to flop cbet".

All beta-testers are welcome (nearly everybody ask if we still take beta-testers and we do) but beware: we know for a fact that our email, even though it's not a mass-mail, gets nearly everytime in the spam folder. So check your spam folder after giving your email here or by PM.

If we forgot anyone just PM me here.

Had some really funny hands while testing, I'll try to find the time to post one or two of them in BBV or something

Hello TacticalCoder,

I would love to help beta test your product. I am currently playing on mac laptop 10.4.11 and have lots of spare time to go over your tracker and report anything that I find. Thank you for your hard work and time.

Email: Mysteriouschef(a)hotmail.com

Thank you.

Would like to do the beta testing. PT3's beta is soooo slow and buggy (at least for me), and poker copilot is pretty fine but too simple. Playing on PS and FTP with a MBP OS 10.5.8

imekoner(a)hotmail.com

thanks!

Hey TacticalCoder,

It would be great to help beta test your product. Currently I'm playing on a Mac Pro. Your Application looks very amazing and I think you should be rewarded in some way

Email: bigbetzen(at)yahoo.de

Thanks a lot

Hi "neighbour" (I'm not very far from the Netherlands, en ik spraak een beetje ; )

That would sure be a great reward

Invites sent to those who asked (hope I didn't forget anyone).

The Xypto website is getting ready and the tracker shall have a name soon (Xypto is my company actually).

It's great to get enthusiastic feedback here or by emails: several beta-testers are already "hooked" (I sure am ; )

Thanks all for the kind words: I'll keep on working hard to make something really fast and convenient and some new cool features are coming - including at least one very cool yet unseen and 100% legit feature

Tactical, can you clarify a couple of stats for me? AF (aggression factor) and AggFq (Aggression Frequency): these are both calculated on postflop action only, correct?

Yes, these two are both postflop stats : )

Note that for some stats you can see the formula in the tooltip that appears if you put the mouse on the header of the column, as shown here:

Also note that there are really two "AggFq" formula supported by Xypto: the PT formula and the HEM formula and they differ quite a bit (there's been a heated debate on that subject here) but as of now Xypto only allows to use the PT formula both in the tracker and in the HUD.

As of now both AF and AFq are not splitted "per street": it's flop + turn + river all together (well, internally it's not, but you cannot yet split it "per street" in the tracker/HUD).

Some stats are "flop only" like: "flop cbet in postion" / "flop cbet not in position" (turn cbet coming soon).

New stats are added regularly and once we'll have the website we'll have detailed explanation as to how each stat is computed.

I take the opportunity of this answer to show what we've been up to: now tourneys results can be accessed from the tracker and entire tourneys can be replayed. The support ain't complete yet (no possible edit, no fetching of PokerStars tourneys summaries in email yet), but things are starting to look quite good:

Talk to you soon (if I forgot to invite anyone just re-bump or PM me),

Thanks Bernard for the beta software.

Tested the import HH with my Hackintosh, OS X SL, and 1 GB ram.

This is the import result 120k hands personal HH.

And this is the import result 320k hands datamined HH.

I haven't tried the HUD yet.

Will give another update after I try the HUD.
